Oceanside Marina Suites

Didn’t allow us to do a late checkout. Ceiling fan wasn’t working. After hours help was a joke ! They couldn’t help us so why offer the #

No AC!!!! Such a bummer. They did provide a fan which was a tiny bit helpful but definitely not enough. August may not be the month to go and stay but other than that - a beautiful stay.

The room was smelly and didn’t look like the photos, maybe we just got one that hadn’t been updated yet. there was also no a/c which we thought would be okay cause they say the cool ocean breezes will keep it cool but it was insanely hot and Humid!!

There was no air conditioning. There was also a musty smell constantly in the air inside the room. No airflow and the towel ra ks under the bathroom sink was rusty. The view was nice but everything else basically needs an upgrade including yhe carpet. I cannot recommend Oceanside Suites as a place to stay.

Beautiful view

No cribs, no AC, no Wi-Fi!! The lady at the front desk (the one time there was someone there) looked at me like I was crazy when I asked for a crib or pack & play for our 2 year old. They have big, empty closets in the rooms. There’s no excuse to have no place for babies & toddlers to sleep!! 82 degree weather & no AC. The Wi-Fi was basically nonexistent. The place looks pretty but we will not be staying here again. $15/night for parking.

The room/suite is clean and sufficient for most short visits. The view of the pool and ocean is very nice. For those on the harbour side the parking lot odd an eye sore. There is no elevator so casting luggage up and down stairs is an unplanned workout and there is limited assistance. Everything requires a drive so be prepared to spend a lot of time away from the room.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Good parking on the property with plenty of space, although not great to turn around for LARGE vehicles. Other than the carpet, which could have used a shampoo, everything was clean and tidy. We loved our stay at this facility and would like to visit again.

I will not stay again. To me it ranks right there with Motel 6. I was in a studio with a kitchen. It had one pan. There is no way you can prepare a meal. Note to future guests, if you plan to cook, make sure you bring supplies from home. The grounds are beautiful and so is the view, but that IS the only positive thing I can say.

We arrived and checked into our room and was not told there wasn’t any AC available. We were told to open a window or the screen door. It was very muggy and hot. We ended up checking out and found better accommodation

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The room smelled terrible, there was no air conditioning, and despite advertising that the room included a microwave, there wasn’t one. The room was uncomfortable and poorly maintained. To make matters worse, one of the staff members was extremely rude and unhelpful. The hotel did not deliver what was promised, and the customer service was unacceptable. I will not be staying here again and recommend looking elsewhere.

We had a great time! The staff was so nice and helpful. The view was so beautiful. This is our 3rd time going there. Grandsons love to fish. What could be better than to just walk out the door and fish. Didn't caught anything. They still had a fun! Pool was great!! Maybe have a few extra big fans. If you need them.

This property does not advertise that they do not have air-conditioning. They are not honest and upfront about this on purpose. The facilities was filthy. The floors were stained. The furniture was dilapidated. The mattress was filthy and old. The pool closed at nine. We had no room service no cleaning services minimal supplies in the room. Extreme Sewage smell in my bathroom due to old piping. Parking extra cost, and parking was extremely difficult due to the size. Staff was not helpful.
