The staff served with a Spirit of Excellence. The room was beautiful and comfortable. That I had to unplug the AC in order to move from North Pole to comfort.

There was nobody in the front desk….I waited for an hour and nobody showed up. Fortunately Expedia helped me get another hotel because it was already paid

During our stay the front desk was not monitored. Not only is this a safety concern, but one gentleman had been waiting 30+ minutes to check in. We wanted to purchase items from market and had to write a note to charge our room. It was just strange!
