The door wouldn’t lock so we couldn’t leave the room until it was fixed. Spider webs on the ceiling in the bedroom. Pool area poorly maintained. For the money you pay a night at this facility it wasn’t worth for sure. The cleaning people that came to bring a clean mattress and wash under the couch were very nice. Location was great. We were so disappointed. We will not stay at this location again.

The hot tub was disgusting and looked neglected

Close to the beach and town. Nice, well maintained property. Large comfortable rooms.
-
Easy walk into town for restaurants. Only negative was a stained lampshade near the bed. Should be replaced.

Location is great and the staff are awesome. The front room could use some room darkening shades for bedtime.

Location by Marginal Way and ability to cook for ourselves. Lack of some basic cooking items and full time office staff. We’ve been staying here for 20 years, sometimes three times a year, and the room upgrades by the new owners don’t justify the huge price increases.

I've been going to Ogunquit for over 30 years. When I first started going as a child I would always go with my grandparents as they have a time share at Seacastles.

We loved our stay! It was less than a block from all the action in downtown Ogunquit making for the perfect walking vacation. Super convenient and well maintained.

Loved the jacuzzi - twice! Loved the heater in the bathroom. Loved the kitchenette. Loved having plenty of space in the room. Loved the accordion shade over patio doors. Kitchen chair has large peeled paint spot. Sound from 2nd floor was too loud --- could hear every footstep. Same for outside the door - could hear every voice. Convenience to walk to the center is awesome.

Our room #106 was nice and roomy with a king bed, however the room needs some maintenance. Sliding door was very hard to open and close. Air conditioner was very loud. Bathroom very small and needs updating. Shower hot and cold was very confusing and hard to get the right temperature. For the price this unit should have been in better condition.
