Aqua & Terra Traditional Cave Houses

We loved everything about the property. The location was exactly where I wanted to be. Right in the heart of Santorini. The two huge lounging upper decks were amazing it was like you owned your part of the caldera. The jacuzzi on the first deck was awesome. There is a detached separate bedroom on the same bottom deck along with the incredible house. The views are beyond words, both day and night. Artemis and George are amazing it’s great to meet people like them. They are the ones that rent the property. If you are ever blessed to be able to rent this property, please don’t hesitate to. Rent a car, go everywhere, bring your binoculars to see the sites. The breakfast they bring every morning is awesome. The inside of the house is beautiful. It truly is everything you could ever want. Just picture perfect. Nothing, zero. We loved everything about the property.

We had an amazing stay at this property. Artemis was so accommodating and helpful. We stayed here with a 5 and 3 year old and she made sure we had milk in the fridge for them which was so thoughtful. Breakfast was wonderful everyday. The house was clean and had the most beautiful view and location. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to Santorini.

Location was great, right in town with magnificent 180degree views. Each bedroom had its own private space The balcony space is on the small side on the main level.

The Aqua & Terra Traditional Cave House was perfect for our family of three. We stayed in the 2-bedroom with a loft and the accommodations were absolutely cool and amazing. It was extremely well-appointed with the comfy beds, fabulous Air Conditioning, cool artwork and decor and the location was the best! The views were stunning. The plunge pool was used every evening to relax from the day's activities. The host and her staff were incredibly communicative and we felt well taken care of. The breakfast was so delicious and the fact that it was delivered to our door every morning made us feel so special. Santorini by itself is a dreamy place - so beautiful and the people so welcoming...but to top all of that with the best location in the heart of Oai ( just steps from restaurants, shops and astounding views of the sea and caldera) in a cool cave house was the cherry on top! Thank you Artemis and your staff. It was a vacation dream come true! Our stay could have been longer. :)

A Hidden Gem in the Heart of Santorini From the moment we arrived, we knew this stay would be unforgettable. The location alone was magical — just a few steps beneath the iconic three blue domes, with jaw-dropping caldera views that seemed to change color with every passing hour. While we didn’t have direct sunset views, the beauty of the caldera more than made up for it, especially when admired from the private plunge pool or the charming outdoor dining area. The villa itself was incredibly spacious — it honestly felt like it could host 5 people comfortably. With two bedrooms, a cozy hall, a small kitchen, two expansive balconies, and that refreshing plunge pool, there was more than enough space to relax and take in the surroundings. The balconies alone could fit a dozen people with ease, making it perfect for gatherings or simply soaking up the Santorini atmosphere. The food was another highlight. Breakfast was served right to our room each morning, with a menu to choose from. As vegetarians, we were delighted when the staff went out of their way to prepare special vegetarian options for us — everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. And then, there was the service — truly above and beyond. The lovely Arthemis greeted us right where our cab dropped us off, arranged for a porter to carry our luggage, and was in constant contact before and during our stay via WhatsApp. She anticipated our needs, checked in daily, and made sure every request was met with warmth and efficiency. In the end, our entire Santorini experience was elevated because of this hotel. It’s not just a place to stay — it’s a place to feel cared for, spoiled, and immersed in the magic of the island. This is a rare find, a true gem, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. You have to be here to truly understand its charm.

Once at the property, we were captivated by the breathtaking views of the caldera, and the famous Santorini sunsets right outside our window. The hotel was perfectly situated; peacefully tucked away from the crowds yet only a short stroll to the heart of Oia. Waking up to those skies and the Aegean below is something I’ll never forget. If you’re looking for a serene, romantic escape that captures the essence of Santorini, this is the place. Can’t wait to return!

Excellent. Convenient. Accommodating. My friends and I stayed in this very nice place. Artemis, the owner, was so kind and personally received us, explaining thoroughly the amenities and all services. Since it was my birthday month, she was so kind to prepare a delicious cake and a bottle of wine. Where else can you find this kind of hospitality? She has also provided tips and guidance on how to utilize our time in Oia, Santorini as well as recommended some affordable yet delicious food and restaurants. When it comes to transportation, she has offered an affordable pick up from the port as well as airport transfer. Ervin, her staff, was also so kind to help us with our luggage. OMG, the view of this place, facing the Caldera, was beyond imagination. My friends and I have taken hundreds of pictures and videos. You can check out my TikTok account: ryantorres2021 to see those. I have travelled to different countries and stayed in different accommodations, but our experience when it comes to hospitality, genuine care, and convenience, was beyond exemplary. Definitely recommended! Nothing. All services were outstanding!
