The room was not cleaned regular without asking or extra or clean towels The light in the room stopped us from sleeping - no blinds at the windows and lights outside The TV did not work The room flooded from the shower

We were in the honey moon room, and the view on the caldeira and Oia is incredible. Hot tub is brilliant, and we could see the sunrise from here. This is very well located, and close to all facilities. Very romantic place, I wish anyone could have the chance to experience this. For this expensive stay and luxury room, I would have expected a bit more to make me feel special : could have been free coffee pods for the coffee machine ( we had to buy some!), breakfast included, or a bottle of fizz. We have been lucky as we could go in the room an hour before as our flight was arriving early, and I want to thank you Athena for this, as this is the kind of attention to details I was after. Seems that there are usually not much flexibility on the hours though, so feel privilege. Nota: the other rooms around are sharing the terrasse, so be careful. ( The honey moon has some privacy and private hot tub and terrasse...well the privacy you can get in Oia ! )

Beautiful decor and a beautiful view. power kept going off. First night was so uncomfortable with no air circulation, no working outlets to charge our phone ( had to ask the people next door to borrow their outlets) no lights in bathroom, fridge ice box for my shoes wet since fridge was off… We messaged 2x’s with no answer until the next day. It went off a bunch of times the next day as well. Since i couldn’t sleep that 1st night, I wanted to take a rest that afternoon but then the cleaning person had to come into our room because our room must store all of the towels for the suites. She had to come in and out several times and kept apologizing . The climb to our balcony was pretty narrow and steep. The stairs to place were slippery and steep. nothing they could do about that. No place to leave your luggage if you want to spend the day before your flight or ferry.

Our bedding was literally torn. There was hair in the bed from the last guest. The air con was leaking water all over the floor. The room was not cleaned the 3 days we were there. Totally unacceptable.

Absolutely everything!!! The place looks exactly as in the photos!! Athena (our manager) was amazing, always in touch and went above and beyond to help us (even to get back a cardigan we forgot on the taxi when we arrived)! The view is to die for! It is only a few steps down from the main street! Hot tub was always nice and warm! OMG! PERFECT! We are already looking at dates to go back to this exact same place! We will never do Santorini any other way! That we had to leave... 7 days were not enough... there are no negatives whatsoever with this place nor with the staff.

Well situated location wise. This was the most disappointing stay of all of the accommodations we booked during our 17 day trip (I book all types of accommodations all over the world and this was probably one of my most disappointing stays ever). I should have read some of the prior reviews on booking.com and I would have realized that there were some issues at this property. But I did not, so my bucket list dream of having a room with a lovely plunge pool overlooking the sea was completely trashed. It was sad. There are only 3 units here, and they are all different. I specifically booked the junior suite with the “hot plunge pool” as I know my significant other does not like cold water. It was the end of April, so not overly warm in Santorini at that time. As a matter of fact, when the manager showed up to meet us, she was wearing a winter coat and a scarf. When we arrived, we were told we were being given an “upgrade” to the “senior suite.” Senior suite - no plunge pool. Just a small hot tub that is tucked away up a flight of stairs. I have a hot tub at home. Not what we booked or wanted. We asked to switch to the accommodation we booked, only to discover the plunge pool had an issue with the heater and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in quite a while. So the manager said she would send someone to clean it. She later provided the excuse that they couldn’t get a technician to repair it, due to the holiday - it was Greek Easter (they had known for months we had a reservation and were just looking into fixing it then?). So now we are still in the “upgraded” accommodation, and the air conditioner doesn’t work. The rooms are carved out of volcanic rock and there is no air circulation. Ok - first night, no AC. We call about that. They sent a tech to “fix” it, but the second day, it was leaking water all over the marble floor (slippery). Someone did come to vacuum the plunge pool, but every time we looked at it, it was full of dirt, so it had to be coming from the filter.

The location, the place it self, and Irene the manager was nice, welcoming and helpful.

The location is great and the views are amazing! We definitely loved the plunge pool! Would’ve been nice if there was wifi but it didn’t affect our stay.

Lovely hot tub, fantastic view and great location with easy access to amenities No privacy at all on the balcony (which didn’t have much space), no cutlery/bottle opener

Amazing views from the honeymoon suite, nicely decorated room - caldera/sea/domes. Excellent location, 2mins walk to the castle to watch the sunset. - Wifi signal was poor - No sun cover on the balcony
