Everything , was. Awesome , the best place i,ve stayed , all clean , all was high quality the staff is super kind and very helpful , they gave us the breakfast at the door of the room !!! And treated us very well 100 % recommended we will back for sure !! All was perfect , anything was bad

Beautiful sunset and place to take your photos The stairs are very steep, very easy to fall. Rooms are very dark , we booked two bedrooms and we did not have an AC in the rooms, only in the living room, when you come back from the city, you need some air, but AC was not really cooling . The rooms were old , the bath was with leaks and rusty corners. Cats are everywhere, they are very aggressive. If you eat outside your breakfast, they are ready to attack you and go straight to eat your food. No beaches near, someone told me, that we can find the beach all the way down the stairs, we wert there, 500 stairs, but didn’t find anything there, just the horse poop and smell everywhere. We would not recommend this place, there are many other very nice hotels, that you can book, and don’t have to deal in your beautiful dress, all those stairs make you sweat until you come up to the main street, so you don’t want anything just to take another shower.

Beautiful location and clean rooms!

Pictures didn’t match the description as much as they should have. LOTs of cats and poop on the floor hard to eat breakfast with them not bothering you. Staff is amazing. Lighting could be better very dark in the showers.

Amazing staff. Room was beautiful and exceptionally clean. Views were spectacular. Amazing place to stay.

The hotel was absolutely beautiful, the interior was fantastic and the views were breathtaking. Our hotel also came with a hot tub that overlooked the caldera, and the price was pretty reasonable. Breakfast was also free, which was awesome. The eggs benedict that I got one morning was pretty gnarly; undercooked egg, no ham, and mayo instead of hollandaise. The tub also took a while to heat up, but it was no big deal. Other than that the stay was perfection.

Due to bad weather, my flight was canceled and I wasn’t able to arrive at the hotel on time. I was worried about losing the first night’s payment, but to my surprise, the hotel thoughtfully waived the charge for that night. I was truly touched — this was more than just good service; it was genuine understanding and kindness. The hotel’s location is absolutely perfect, perched on the cliffs of Oia with breathtaking views of the Aegean Sea. The iconic white-and-blue architecture blends beautifully with the sea and sky. Whether at sunrise or sunset, the scenery is simply stunning — every photo looks like a postcard. It’s peaceful and elegant, yet just a short walk to the center of the village, making it very convenient. The price is also very competitive compared to other cliffside hotels, offering excellent value. Both the management and staff are incredibly caring and friendly, making guests feel truly welcomed and at home. You can feel their attention to detail in every aspect of the stay. Breakfast was another highlight — fresh, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious. Enjoying breakfast on the terrace with the sea breeze and sunshine over the Aegean made every bit of the travel challenges worthwhile. Thank you, Ducato di Oia, for such a warm and wonderful experience. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Santorini!

The Property is really beautiful, services were really good, breakfast options were good too. The Hot tub is an amazing feature. Just felt that the lighting especially in the bathroom needs to be a bit brighter coz it was too dark in the evenings and the light wouldn’t help much.

Beautiful views and the staff was amazing, would definitely recommend this establishment to anyone visiting the area 10/10
