We had an incredible time at Katikies. The service was impeccable (truly 5 stars), the location and views unbeatable, and a level of comfort unmatched. If you are thinking of going, please do so. You will not regret it! Everything was fabulous. There is nothing to complain about.

Good breakfast (but served in another property). Nice view from the pool. Room not cleaned upon arrival. Wrong guest name sent by the hotel to the transfer service. It took 45 min to find the right van at the port. Breakfast not served at this hotel (but at a 7 min walk).

The view from the hotel is great as it is located at a strategic location. We received warm hospitality from the staffs and they did provide prompt reply whenever there is any queries / requests. The departure breakfast was not prepared, the reply we received was due to staff “misunderstanding”.

The. Service was absolutely incredible. They helped us out so much during our stay and even after we checked out. Nothing. We’ll come back for sure!!

Beautiful views! Villa 7 was very private. Amazing service!

The accommodation was very clean, the hotel staff were extremely attentive and the rooms were private and well appointed. Oh and the views were truly exceptional! Did not like the cleaner waiting outside the door when we slept in past 9am.

Resort staff. Meal prices compared to restaurants literally next door.

So much choice for breakfast which was delicious whilst enjoying the stunning view. Can also choose to have breakfast in your room. The stairs. But that cannot be helped.

first and foremost, the staff are excellent. They make you feel like you are the only guests and take time to find out how they can make the stay better every time you see them. The location is fantastic, with great views and you are right into Oia the minute you step up to the street. Nothing

Staff was beyond amazing. The property was gorgeous, excellent location to shops, restaurants and views. We didn’t even feel like leaving Oia — or our hotel room. The hot tub with a view was gorgeous. We’re already planning our return! Guests at a hotel next door kept me up until 2am. Although they were at another hotel — there is no real divide between hotels so you can hear everything.

Ok but overrated in Booking.com Room 1 is next to the reception and has no outdoor terrace, which is a pity when you stay in Santorini. Overall value for money is quite poor, there are many many places offering a best trade off in Santorini, especially for this price level.

Everything was great. Amazing views, amazing breakfast (served to our terrasse), close to everything in Oia, very friendly and professional service. We can recommend this hotel 100%! In all of Santorini are a lot of steps -- we did not mind, actually it is part of the charm, but for someone having problems walking, it might be difficult
