Kima Oia Suites

As someone who travels for work and is lucky enough to have stayed in some incredible hotels, Kima Oia Suites blew me away and is absolutely top notch. Not only because of wonderful rooms with private patios and pools, and the awe inspiring unreal views, but thanks largely to the hotel manager Xeno and his lovely team. He is one of the most genuinely kind, attentive and gracious hosts I’ve ever met and I felt so lucky to have stayed here and been so taken care of! I rarely write reviews but this hotel and especially Xeno is so deserving of praise. I hope to come back!!

It was close to city centre, walkable distance to bus stop to Fira, beautiful ocean view & very friendly staff

I cannot recommend this property enough—everything was absolutely perfect! We stayed here for our honeymoon, and the team made it so special by decorating our room to celebrate. The caldera views from our room were breathtaking, and the location is ideal—close enough to Main Street that you have easy access to shops and dining, but without the hassle of too many stairs. A special shout-out to Xeno at the front desk, who truly went above and beyond. From the moment we arrived, he took care of everything: booking our transfers, making dinner reservations, and ensuring our luggage was handled seamlessly. His communication was exceptional, and he genuinely cared about our experience. If you’re looking for a memorable stay, this is the place! The pool closes at 8PM.

Everything Jacuzzi is a bit old.

When we arrived at the hotel we felt such a sense of excitement and giddiness. The location and view are spectacular, our room was beautiful and staff were very welcoming. We really enjoyed having a great breakfast served outside our room, overlooking the pool and the caldera. We were there in early May and it felt like we had the place to ourselves. Xeno was a real treat; engaging, friendly, welcoming

Absolutely incredible stay. The staff and especially Xeno in reception are wonderful. The room is huge. The scenery is gorgeous and the location is perfect. Beds and pillows very comfortable. Powerful shower. Absolutely zero complaints. It exceeded my expectations. The steps to get up and down Santorini but that's everywhere there

Location is great and the staff was really helpful We booked a junior suite with a hot tub for the view but the pictures for the property are a bit deceiving. Two rooms are sharing the same balcony area in a way that our neighbors were passing in-front of our hot tub to go to their room. So if you are looking for privacy this might not be ideal for you. Also I don’t think the place is worth the money. It’s an average property. The breakfast was also mediocre.

LOVED our stay! The staff, especially Panos, were friendly, helpful and so welcoming. Perfect location on the caldera but not loud or too busy. Unreal!

Loved the location, super friendly and super helpful staff- super service. The view is also insane. Best you can get in Oia at this «low» price A bit dated feel around pool/sun chairs. The breakfast was good, but a bit greasy (scrambled eggs felt greasy). Wish we could choose what we wanted for breakfast.

This was my second stay at Kima, and it was just as lovely as I remembered. The hotel has such a charming, intimate feel and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. The views are absolutely stunning — whether from the room itself or while enjoying breakfast outdoors, they make the stay truly unforgettable. The rooms are spacious, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. I also really enjoyed the thoughtful touch of having breakfast delivered to the room each morning, which made it easy to start the day while soaking in the scenery. The staff were kind and helpful whenever I asked, which made the stay smooth and enjoyable. Because my first visit in 2019 set such a high bar, I did notice a few differences this time around. The breakfast, while still tasty and enjoyable, was not quite as exceptional as before — on my first stay it truly felt like a highlight of the trip. Similarly, the staff were very pleasant, but not as proactive as they had been previously. On my first visit, they went out of their way to anticipate experiences I hadn’t even thought to ask about, such as arranging in-room massages, booking sunset dinners, or ordering food to the hotel. This time, those services were still available and lovely, but more on my initiative rather than theirs. None of these points are dealbreakers by any means, but compared to my first stay, they stood out. That said, I would still ABSOLUTELY recommend staying here, and I don’t think I would have anything to note in this section had my first experience at Kima not been so extraordinary.
