Close to everything and beautiful views. The water comes out of the bath when taking a shower. Difficult to take a shower.

The staff is so sweet and amazing! Very helpful! They were always accommodating and happy to answer any questions. We also had access to a beautiful pool and hot tub, as well as a great private view. Nothing!

Maybe install a water spray/bidet for the bathroom

The location was perfect. The staff made it the best. If you don't like it here sometjing is wromg with you :) Seriously it was the best place I stayed in my 2 weeks in Greece Nothing

Great location! Close enough to comfortably walk to Oia or the bus to Fira, the hot tube on the balcony was wonderful. The staff was also top notch! The swimming pool was very cold, but otherwise zero issues!

Great location in Oia. Their terrace had great view of caldera. The hosts were excellent. Communication was great, provided all information before arrival. Very thoughtful and stocked the fridge with essentials. We even got early check in. Not much.

I absolutely LOVED ASPA VILLLAS!!! What an incredible experience I hope I can come back to in the future! The property was in an ideal location and my apartment was ideal! The host had food and wine in the fridge! The accommodations in the apartment was PERFECT! I had everything I needed to feel right at home for the next couple days! The hosts were incredible, super sweet and very helpful giving me suggestions where to go for local cafes and restaurants :) I can’t wait to go back!!

Great location and the bathroom was nicely updated. Things felt outdated, the kitchenette didn’t seem super clean and the cabinets had a smell when opened.

This hotel has an amazing location with great views that really made my trip. The management was super nice, and honestly, all good things to say about my stay! Highly recommend. ?

View, view, view - great location away from the crowd. Nice and helpful staff. The terrace with jacuzzi overlooking the sea. Nothing - all great. Just be aware that rooms in Oia are typically smaller than other Fira because of the building over the cliff.

-great location near the central area and restaurants and bus stops -most helpful host!! -provided snacks, wine and water in our fridge!! -super safe area and so much to do! -Smaller size -slightly un even mattress -spotty wifi

Nikoleta’s attention proor, during and after my stay. Super kind and warm and easy going with straight forward communication. Every detail was thought of and ready to just have a great worry free time. The location is great with the bus stopping just outside to go to fira and it is just 10min walk through a beautiful path to the tip of the island in Oia

Good location, just before the really busy area of Oia, which can be reached by a short walk. Amazing views, private hot tub, hotel terrace with view of caldera and surrounding islands. The bathroom/shower in our studio was very small.

The villa is very close to the centre, in a quieter area, which we prefer. There is also a bus stop right outside the villa which is very convenient. The host is very attentive, helpful and super friendly, and made sure we have everything we need. We stayed at a unit that has a terrace with a beautiful view of the centre and the sunset view is amazing. We had a great time at the villa and Oia.

Property location is perfect, just 10min walk from main Oia’s scenic locations. The amenities in the property are very good, we enjoyed pool, jacuzzi, valley overlooking dining tables. Along with a very courteous staff. Every thing was thoughtfully taken care of by Nikoletta and team. We loved the nuances like welcome wine, parting gift, awesome suggestions. Thank you for making our stay soo lovely. We would highly recommend Aspa Villas to anyone visiting the property. And would surely book them again in our next visit.
