Beautiful, great location, food was some of the most amazing I’ve had on the island. Really great place with incredible staff. Special thank you to the manager Christofer who was very friendly and always checked in with us, as well as Pretty, Elda, Matina, Vagellis, Haris for always making sure our stay was comfortable.

Good position with incredible views Stunning pool area Breakfasts not good at all Dinners not wonderful either Rooms very little privacy, other guests and staff just enter outdoor room area as no door/gate to stop them Mattress too soft Rooms no personality & warmth

Special mention to Fanouris, who made the stay even more memorable with his kindness and professionalism. Can’t recommend it enough — just perfect!

The size of the room was a dream! The plunge pool outside was exceptional. All of the toilletries provided were great. The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. The breakfast was AMAZING! The VIEW was top tier. This hotel blow our minds. Petrois also took some amazing pictures of us and he was extremely kind and helpful! We loved everything.

Only the view. Some of the recipients are aggressive. But waiters and people who help us to carry bags are so nice. If you want to make bookings through the hotel concierge, they will get you high prices. For example, the boat tours its almost the double price from the hotel and quality is low. Food tastes old and not fresh. The housekeeping is not very clean they leave some of the cups dirty and they don’t change them plus the sheets and towels are old and have holes. There is light come inside the room even when windows are closed. You even hear everything outside also the sound of the water of the hottub.

Perhaps most troubling, the staff are working extremely hard under physically demanding conditions—running up and down steep stairs in the heat, carrying trays, luggage, and supplies. They appear to finish around 10 p.m. and are back preparing and delivering breakfast by 7–8 a.m., likely starting around 6 a.m. And for all that, they're probably earning just €3.50–€4.50 an hour. These people are working their asses off in the sun, and the hotel is clearly profiting at their expense. It's hard to feel good about staying somewhere that offers so little in return to the people who make the experience possible. In short, The Saint Hotel offers great views and stylish design, but the actual service, food, and ethics behind the operation don’t reflect a true five-star experience. For the price, you deserve better—and so do the people who work here. We stayed in the cheapest room at The Saint Hotel, paying around €650–700 per night. Even at this entry-level, you'd expect a high standard of comfort and service from a five-star property. Unfortunately, the experience felt more like a stylized tourist trap than true luxury. The breakfast was basic and low quality—frozen-tasting fruit, stale bread, and rubbery omelets. You must select your breakfast options by 9 p.m. the night before, and slots are first-come-first-served, which feels unnecessarily rigid for a luxury property. They also attempted to charge us €50 to serve the same breakfast on a floating tray in the jacuzzi—without disclosing that cost upfront. It was only removed after we pushed back. This kind of undisclosed upselling is deceptive and unacceptable at this price. The transfer to the airport was quoted at €80, though the same ride costs €40 on Uber or €30 if arranged locally. Again, blatant markup presented as a normal service. A request for just a one-hour late checkout on a Sunday was declined, even though the hotel didn’t seem full. That kind of inflexibility feels indifferent, not guest-centered. The room lacked standard amenities: no ironing board, no smart TV or Netflix access, and the gym was extremely basic. The hotel is very quiet and private—great for solitude, but there’s little atmosphere or opportunity to interact with others. Dining in the area is a major problem. Oia looks beautiful, but nearly all of the restaurants near the hotel serve low-quality, overpriced food. Most are tourist-focused spots where the meals feel mass-produced and unpleasant. You’ll need to walk 20–30 minutes to find anything decent—and even then, it’s hit or miss. Several meals left us feeling sick.

Definitely in the top 3 hotels on the island! I stayed in 2 different rooms one of which being the saint suite which is out of this world! Breakfast is also buffet style delivered to your room and delicious! You will not find a fault if you tried! This place is perfect a hidden gem in Santorini worth every penny!

Everything! It was the most perfect vacation we have had! We had booked this for our 20th wedding anniversary and Fanorious ensured that everything was taken care to perfection. The suite: stunning spacious suites with a view to die for! We saw the sunset and entire caldera everyday from our balcony. we had our own private heated infinity pool to soak up the views and the sun. The in house dining experience / breakfast: absolutely delicious breakfast and in house meals. we loved the red mullet and the cheese cakes! The staff: best staff ever honestly. from the reception to the house keeping everyone was exceptional. The spa: had the pleasure of undertaking 2 sets of treatments with Eri and Ana. Both were no less than magicians! I have not had such a wonderful massage in a long time! My neck which is a chronic problem felt like new! The yatching: we had the pleasure of going on a boat tour with saint yatching. Our captain’s were Peter and Eliza and they were truly amazing. We had the best sunset boat tour! The service: Exceptional service from the entire team! We received complimentary drinks on the day of our arrival and the day of our anniversary. The entire team went teamed up with my husband and went to great lengths to make our anniversary incredibly memorable! I felt so special and so blessed. We had a floating breakfast in a heart shaped tray on our first day and on our anniversary which added to the charm and magic. I could go on honestly but you get the idea! Perfect stay at a perfect location. Thank you saint for everything Perhaps the in house menu could be expanded to have more fish options / vegetarian options for those with dietary restrictions But honestly this is such a minor issue Two other things to be aware of (not really issues): bring bug spray / repellent as there can be mosquitoes / insects. And be aware that there are quite a few steps involved if you have any mobility issues.
