Great location! The property is super nice and clean! room was on the top floor too many stairs.
-
Everything! The room we booked has a private hot tub. Room itself is spacious and has everything you need. The staff are friendly and helpful all the time. The location is also great. Perfect location! Nothing.

Don't think twice.

I love the location close to the bus stop. Also they were so willing to assist with your activities and make it an exceptional stay.

The best location in Oia! Nothing

The room was comfortable and very clean, they clean daily which was excellent. The food was also very good. The entire property was very clean and welcoming. Not the kind of view I expected, as the property is on the other lane of Oia, however, the hotel pool was right in front of our room. The tall kitchen staff made us uncomfortable, she was pretty much following us as we went to serve breakfast, and stood in our face as we ate. The receptionist was rude too.

Beautiful & conveniently located. Exceptional staff & owner attention. Included breakfast very nice with variety, convenient, lots of seating choices inside and out on a lovely covered patio. Quiet room. Sheets & blankets very nice. Towels nice too. Everyday room cleaning was excellent. Gorgeous large swimming pool with nice areas to relax. Middle of May stay was cool so no need for heat or air conditioners, so do not know how they worked. The small narrow twin beds were a problem upon first night trying to sleep on what felt like a box. The staff added thick padded “mattress” after which made sleeping less uncomfortable. Fan in small bathroom noisy

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The staff was very kind and accommodating and gave us great recommendations for our stay. The room and hot tub made the stay comfortable. Great location with just a short walk to the main Oia area. Would definitely stay again!

the shower didn’t work ??

In walking distance to the city center. Price is awesome! My room was upgraded because it was not the peak season. Staffs were friendly and their cat was cute! Breakfast was simple but tasted great! The swimming pool was closed for the season - but it’s understandable.

The room was spacious and clean The location is on the other side of the Oia… I knew when booking that it was a bit further away since it is not my first time staying in Oia… however it felt a bit far as the pedestrian road to enter Oia Main Street was not so friendly… a kind dusty walk with many cars passing by. Well it could be an option if you like to save a lot of money. But if the price difference is not so significant- better book something more central and with the main Oia view.

We were extremely disappointed with the false propaganda. Many photos are showing a place that does not exist (it might be another hotel? Or a place they had before, but that IS NOT part of the current hotel). More specifically, the hotel has No Caldera view (like most of the photos show). It is actually placed on the other side of the road, opposite from the ocean-mountain view. So I am not sure why it is advertised as it is, because it is definitely not the truth. It is not that the hotel was not ok, but it is definitely not what was sold for (photos). It is misleading to post photos or rooms that do not exist in the hotel! - You see the photo of a hot tub on the outdoor area with a little terrace and light-blue windows, with Caldera view? That is NOT part of the hotel! And I find it absurd. We did get a room with hot tub in the outside as requested/paid for, but the view was the next room. Otherwise, hotel is very clean and staff is friendly. Very bad breakfast. There is one fruit option, bread is loaf bread from a grocery store, the only hot dish is scrambled eggs and sometimes a potato pie. If you appreciate a good cup of coffee, this place is not for you (syrup-machine coffee, really bad). Juices are very artificial (juice box). We stayed for a week and I made my own coffee everyday. Luckily there is a nice little supermarket just across the street, super convenient, and the room has a tea kitchen.

Great staff in hotel and restaurant. Really nice pool area. Location was good for walking to all the restaurants, sights and bus stop. Bathroom was a little small, otherwise all good.

Great location , market right across the street and walkable to see sunset Car hire was much cheaper from ferry than quoted from hotel, overpaid for car to airport.
