Hom Santorini

The rooms are excellent. The sunbathing area is very nice. My room was ready very quickly, which I was very thankful for because it was hot, I was tired and really wanted to take a shower and sit down already. Very helpful man who carries the heavy luggage, he's doing a wonderful job and deserved the recognition. Staff is very mixed - some persons were nice, e.g. excellent guy who helps with the luggage. On the other hand, a person from cleaning service woke me up in the middle of the day for no reason (it was not the time for cleaning or anything, there was no reason for her to come to my room at that time) and she kept opening the door, even though I have intentionally placed my suitcase next to the door. On the last day, there was a woman from the staff screaming and shouting, I don't even know about or to whom or for what reason, I just heard staff from the hotel screaming, which stressed me out. I did not travel by plane from another country to listen to someone being unprofessional and aggressive. What was the most surprising to me os the fact that I reported this situation (and she screamed for like 10-15 minutes, not a few seconds) and all I was given was "we are sorry". No-one even tried to make up for the unpleasant and stressful situation, which was very surprising to me because normally such hotels would probably try to do something to keep a good PR. Not even a drink was offered to me, not to mention any bigger effort. I guess this is normal to have hotel staff shout aggressively in the local language, so that guests need to worry and guess what is this about - and it could be anything, from a danger, hotel evacuation to some other problem. I wrote to the hotel about it and then told the reception in person as well, but they did nothing. Because of this situation and the fact that no-one tried to make up for it, I give a low score. I am extremely unhappy with this, because I did not fly to another country to have such stressful experience. / Other than that, showers need to be cleaned properly, because my shower was dirty when I arrived.

From the moment we arrived until we left, everything was great. The reception was very helpful, the staff very friendly, everything was very clean, quiet, comfortable and the hotel is perfectly located to explore Oia without being crowded. Short walking distance away from the center. Stunning view from the hotel. Can't think of anything.

Hom was everything we hoped it would be and more. We celebrated our wedding anniversary here and could not have had a better experience. The staff was exceptional, the room was beautiful, and the property itself was clean with gorgeous views at every turn. It was hard to leave!! The chef, Fabio, and MJ were amazing and so helpful with my food allergies. I am so grateful for our time at Hom and cannot wait to return! Literally nothing.

The view was perfect, and the breakfast menu was very satisfying. The room service was also delightful. The rooms and common areas were clean. It was a very enjoyable holiday. The staff were very friendly and helpful. -

Everything was perfect

This is an amazing hotel full of charm, with a very helpful and efficient staff. From the arrival to our departure, we were met with high professionalism and kindness, making our stay in Santorini more enjoyable than we would have hoped. The hotel, from its beautiful architecture, splendid room design and comfort has everything anyone could ask for. The breakfast options were sumptuous, the sunlounge areas sidepool were very well organized, with impeccable service. The hotel is located in a beautuful area of Oia, full of small streets and shops and next to some must-see places. We had a great time at the nearby restaurants and took some amazing pictures. The room was really comfortable and full of excellent amenities, it truly was a magnificent stay. There is absolutely nothing we did not like about our stay at Hom Santorini, except that we would have liked to spend more nights there, that we will be sure to do in a future visit.

Loved the staff, everyone was so nice and made us feel welcome. Breakfast was very good and room was amazing.

The location. The amazing crew. The view. The hidden gem “boutique hotel” feeling while it is in my view definitely a 5-star quality hotel in terms of service and quality of accommodation. The breakfast options can be better. Can include more good old choices like English breakfast.

This property was beautiful they paid attention to every detail. The breakfast was amazing and the staff was so kind and helpful. Our view was amazing we booked the master suite for our Honey Moon.

Perfect location , a 5 min walk to the town of Oia where you will find all the restaurants and shops . The walk down to the hotel is very short and you get help with your luggage from the kind gentlemen that works there . Everything from the location to the breakfast to the pool area to the rooms was impeccable, couldn’t had asked for anything more . Everyone from the front desk to the bar area to maintenance was very kind and welcoming . You might not be able to catch the full sunset here but everything is a short walk to the town so we didn’t mind at all . Perfect couples hotel , very relaxing and quiet - and the views are out of a picture perfect book ( unbelievable) . We would stay here again and again.

Beautiful modern architecture and stylish rooms Nothing

The hotel is exceptionally run by Thomas and his brilliant team. This was a honeymoon trip for myself and my partner and we were looked after extremely well. The location is perfect, with amazing views of the sea, and a short walk in to the town of Oia. The hotel is clean, smart, stylish and relaxed at the same time. This is a boutique hotel so you almost feel like its your own at times, but the inviting bar by the pool with the views out to sea is a very sociable space. The food and beverage team will look after you perfectly, serving a delicious range for breakfast, and expertly prepared cocktails in the evening. The whole team will make you fell welcomed, and make your stay unforgettable. Truly the best stay we could have asked for, so relaxing, and very grateful.

Everything Nothing

Everything!! This was the most beautiful hotel me and my partner (now fiance!) ever experienced. The staff couldn't do enough for us and we felt like we were in a dream the whole time. Thank you to the whole team for everything and for making our engagement so so special. We will remember it forever :) That we couldn't stay forever there!
