We loved the location and the view. It was peaceful where we stayed and we didn’t want to leave. Elena was the lady who greeted us and showed us the room. She was so kind and welcoming and really fun to talk to. We also met Captain John, who was very down to earth and super kind. He shared a little about growing up there and his stories add to the warmth of our stay. We loved our dunking pool which was on the cliff. We had a glass of wine at sunset. It was truly magnificent. The feel of the authenticity and the stories about this place embossed a lasting memory for us and we sensed the old ways of Santorini, which we loved. It was super cozy. Thank you Captain John and Elena. You will always be in our memories? I liked everything. It felt authentic with a slightly modern twist. It was super cozy.

Amazing location- in my opinion best place to be in Oia.. 100 people a day come to this same location on private tours/ or to do pictures… ridiculous views of Oia and the sunset. Walking distance to all the shops in Oia. 1 mile walk down the hill to Siglas winery. Right next to free parking. Right next to Fira to Oia trail. Property/room itself was super spacious and had private balcony and plunge pool. Full size refrigerator as well. Excited service from the hosts- had help booking a sailing trip and a rental car.

Fantastic stay, we didn't want to leave. Absolutely amazing views! Perfect to see Caldera and the sunset while in the spa (pics of exact view to show). The staff were amazing and so accommodating. Cleaner came daily and did a really thorough job. Such fantastic value for money. So glad we chose this place! Easy walk in to Oia (10-20 minutes depending on what part), so perfect for meals/bus etc but away from all the crowds. TV in bedroom with streaming services. 100% recommend this place. You won't get better value for money with these views. A few unimportant things - The spa is small and the L seat in it half faces away from the view, but you can still sit 2 comfortably in there and manoeuvred so you're both facing that prime sunset view. Given the prime views, you also have small walking tours (usually less than 5 people) up above you that can see some of the balcony/the spa, and more people that come at sunset. They can't get close to or block your views at all due to private access in the pathway next door. Just be aware that it's not fully private - however it is MUCH more private than MANY of the pools/spas we saw in Oia otherwise. The inside is as photographed, nothing glamorous and could use some TLC, but good enough and comfortable. No need to spend time indoors with that balcony anyway! Aircon is in living area only, not in bedroom. A fan would be perfect to have in the bedroom given that. No TV in living room, only main bedroom.

Amazing views of Caldera and the sunset. You won't need to fight other tourists to enjoy them. The spa with a view was great to cool down on a hot day! The apartment itself was quite spacious and clean. It had kitchen utensils and a big fridge. The water pressure was great. Joanna was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended if you're looking for a peaceful and relaxing holiday.

Amazing view of Oia and the sunset. Away from the busy areas. Loads of space and room to relax. Friendly and helpful staff. Handy kitchen space for making meals if you want. May not be to everyone’s taste, more like an AirBnB.

Location and room size were very good. The host was friendly and helpful, and the room was well equipped with table chairs and necessary Kitchen, fridge etc. Clearly a good and peaceful location for Oia! Bathroom not the most modern, but all worked well.

Great location, close enough to the center of town and far enough to avoid all the big crowds. Ten minutes walk to center of town. Few minutes walk to the local bus stop as well as grocery store and public parking. Super great undisturbed view of the sea and Oia and surrounding area. Very friendly staff. Beautiful place to enjoy a very relaxing time.

Most amazing place I have ever staying! Staff were so welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, the room was immaculate, the view was amazing, the best view in Oia as it’s the last place along the houses, can see the sunset with the view of Oia, the hot tub was such a treat too, love how it wasn’t heated as it was so nice to cool down in, already looking at dates to come back

Absolutely stunning property!!! The apartment was bigger than expected and worth every cent.. Waking up to this view and enjoying the sunsets in the private jacuzzi was an absolute dream come true. Prime quiet location in Oia, Santorini tucked away but only a short walk to cafes and restaurants. Will be back.

Location and view were great. Short walk to Oia center. Breakfast wasn’t included, which in the description it says it was. For the price of this villa it definitely should’ve been. The villa had an odd smell to it at times, the bathroom was super small and not the cleanest. Shower curtain was not clean. Could not get small washcloths to shower with, only medium floor towels which was a hassle. Hot water in the shower went out super quick. Housekeeping only made the bed and replaced towels. Outdoor jetted tub was small, not heated and not really “private”. I guess it belonged to our villa, but people constantly walked right next to it, and it was literally right next to the reception. This villa was disappointing. You only paid for the view and location.. nothing more!
