Very clean, nice and helpful staff. And a great view. O stayed in 2 different suites and both were amazing. The front desk and Samer (who will bring you breakfast everyday) were both very propane friendly during the entire stay. PS: the windmill unit has steep stairs, so if you have mobility issues it might not be the best for you. Otherwise you HAVE to stay there :) Nothing!

This property was amazing and the staff was great. They met us upon arrival and handled our luggage. Breakfast every morning was phenomenal and the cleaning staff... perfect. Knowing the mini bar costs upfront. We ended up opening and enjoying some things before we knew how much was added.

Breakfastw was amazing as were the views and excellent staff- all so friendly, warm and helpful.

This place was AMAZING! The staff was fantastic! From the reception arranging reservations for us to our in room breakfast every morning delivered every morning by the amazing Sammy! EXCELLENT breakfasts! The view is to die for. It is a very touristy area but you expect that. Charisma Suites was right near the point and we were there at the end of their season, so relatively quiet. There can be a LOT of steps but that is throughout all of Santorini (so expect them) I highly recommend, they truly bent over backwards for us and we loved every moment! Thanks to everyone on their amazing team!

Breakfast was amazing Paid extra for tub in the suite but it was cold and they couldn’t warm it.

It's the perfect location and is absolutely stunning! The staff meets the high expectations you put on a place like this. The sunset here is one you won't forget, and they set up a proscecco toast for their guests. The rooms are gorgeous and built into the caldera. Every room has the view you pay for. The communication from the staff prior to and throughout our stay was on point. The breakfast was incredible, and the food from the restaurant was good. The drinks from the bar were delicious, and they had a good variety of options. Heaven on earth cannot wait to return.

Stunning location, friendly service, delectable breakfast and comfortable rooms with lots of space. Pools are awesome with great cocktails being made by Artemis. Casper is a star with bringing us coffee and Barbara did an amazing job keeping the room spotless. Some of the best sunset views on Santorini. Room needs an Espresso or coffee machine

The hotel is the best that you can ever have, literally in everything. I can’t say what is the best, but if I have to choose, it would be the 2 girls and 1 guy in the reception and how friendly and nice and supportive they are. Also the cleaning lady, the chiefs that bring us the breakfast. Unbelievable good. The suite was just perfect, the view is perfect, the bed is perfect, the private pool is perfect, this only deserves 10 stars. Will only come here in Santorini

Staying at Charisma Suites felt like a dream come true! The hotel feels like it is out of a movie and is truly nestled in the perfect location while still feeling private but close to everything you need, even by foot. The staff and property was truly exceptional and helpful, every single person we interacted with made us feel so welcome and was incredibly professional and kind. The food here, especially the morning breakfast, was certainly some of the best we've had! Our room was so comfortable and clean and had everything we needed. This was truly the most amazing stay we had, and we only wish we could have been here longer!

The properties view and location were excellent. Staff were super helpful and easy to communicate with. Sophia was very nice and accommodating. Helped me get reservations wherever I needed to go and made sure we had transportation if needed. The honeymoon suite was nothing like the photos on booking.com, but it was far better than advertised/expected. The welcome drink and wine that was delivered to the room were great. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone. Porter service and transportation service was top notch. The morning breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had. Only thing I wish I knew was that I could have requested the pool temperature to be increased, but that was my fault. Absolutely nothing. Wish our stay was longer by another day or two.

I would come back just to see the staff again! The views were incredible and it was so nice to walk outside our hotel and have all the restaurants and shopping right there! We had the most relaxing time! All the stairs lol and it was a little pricy

Worth spending the money for top service and one of if not the best views in Oia. Two cleaning services everyday, welcome wine and fruits, nice book of recommendations for the island.

The cleaning people come very often! Twice a day and they will knock in the morning even if you’re sleeping. But it was ok bc everyone was nice. There was just no “do not disturb” option.

Everything !!!!!the room the location the view the staff the food the vibe !! The staff went above and beyond to making our stay so comfortable ! Anything we needed we recieved including an extra special upgrade, speakers for the room, always smiles and just a stunning experience. It was absolutely perfect. !

Absolutely stunning property with incredible facilities and service.

We lived in as a family in two suites, all different suites had different views and inner decorations. Everything was perfect, the rooms were luxurious and service was professional. All staff were cute friendly and amazing. The food and wines were also excellent. We will revisit. NA
