Very clean property with a kind helpful host. Quiet but close to restaurants and shops of Oia. No hot water one evening.

Anna was extremely helpful and made an amazing breakfast! And of course, all the cats!

Well kept, quiet, clean, close to the bus stop. Doors open to the view of the sea. Not much except for the access to it on the dirt road with our luggage

Absolutely fantastic stay! Tranquil & in a great location just on the edge of busy Oia. A quick 5 minute walk into Oia. The grounds are beautiful and well kept, the apartment room is extremely clean and very comfortable. We enjoyed lounging poolside & sitting out on our balcony overlooking the pool and views beyond. Anna is friendly, caring & helpful. She provided the best check in experience, ensuring we had all the information we needed to have the best experience while here. The breakfast was excellent and plentiful. Highly recommend & we would definitely stay again.

it was perfectly located, the breakfast was fantastic, and the staff was amazing!

Location, view, nice place and people Comfortable bed, and spacious room. Breakfast is a plus, If you didn’t visit santorini before. Don’t hesitate to stay at maria’ place. You can take the bus from and to fira( the bus stop literally 2 minutes walk from the property) Costs only 2 Euros. Walking distance to Oai( which is great, quite, and relaxing city) you can see all the blue dooms , the restaurants, and the view. Nothing

Staff extremely helpful and gave us great recommendations and advices, and helped us to organize some sightseeing. Everything was great and we were a short distance from Oia pedestrian area.

Amazing place. Great room, bathroom and common facilities (pool, restaurant area, gardens with the kittens). The breakfast is out of this world and Anna is a great host. Perfect stay, wished we’d stayed longer! Nothing

We enjoyed our vacation in Oia and the accommodation at Maria's Place. The host, Anna helped us a lot with information about the Island, best restaurants near by, organized the best guide for out short trip around Santorini. The hotel is very clean, quiet, having a fantastic pool, very nice view and is close to Oia city center. Good breakfast with local specialties. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Volcano was not eruping

We liked the fact that it was in a quiet location, away from the main tourist areas but not so far away that we couldn’t walk into Oia or take a bus to other parts of Santorini. Nothing

Everything Anna was a great hostess. Provided all necessary information and great advice. Booked our tour. One can watch Santorini's famous sunset from the porch of your room. Location is a few min. walk from the hustle and bustle of Santorini and it helps. Breakfast great. Room was very clean and comfortable Nothing to mention.

Maria’s place is located about 10 mins walk to the Center of Oia. The apartment was cute and comfortable and breakfast was also very good. Anna, our host was very helpful and would like to give a shout out to her for all the information she provided not only where to visit in Santorini but also gave us plenty of tips to our next destination Peloponnese. We can’t thank her enough and I highly recommend this property Nothing to mention

Excellent location. Anna the host is very kind and helpful. Always willing to ensure your trip be as pleasant as possible. Nothing to complain about. Everything was perfect
