Close to the main area. Staff was questioning why i needed 2 rolls of toilet paper. We dont do housekeeping so we usually ask for stuff in advance.

What amazing views from our bedroom . Exactly what I’ve always dream of when you think of Santorini. A lot of steps to get to our beautiful room. But well worth it once you get there.

The location was perfect! The view from the balcony was amazing. The room itself was clean and lovely. Nothing, except it would have been nice if there was a mirror in the main room. Only one above the bathroom sink.

Beautiful, clean and efficient cave-style suites. A quintessential Santorini stay. Although the location (Suite #120) is stunning and offers plenty of privacy, the stairs and somewhat confusing pathways can be challenging — my legs definitely felt it.

Great location right. Rat blue dome photo spot but the shared balcony was amazing.

Great staff that met us upon check-in, helped us with our bags, and made the whole process smooth and easy. The room was nice and I loved the view outside our room on the shared balcony (although I wish we had a little more time to ourselves on the balcony since it was shared between us and a couple other rooms). The bathroom was nice, the service was good, and overall I felt like we got great value for our stay! I can definitely say I recommend Vogue Suites, I think it has a great location in the heart of Oia but still feels like your own private area. Nothing really comes to mind! Had a great time.

Perfect location — walking distance to restaurants and shops, yet quiet enough to feel private. The panoramic caldera view from our balcony was absolutely breathtaking. The shower area could use a better enclosure, as water tended to spread across the bathroom floor after each use.

The rooms were beautiful we only had 1night due to cancelled ferry due to the weather no refund or special treatment was offered Staff very unfriendly, Night staff person has the worst customer skills we have ever came across, so rude. Between the Taxi porter & Hotel my friends longtime medication and Sleep Apnea machine was lost. We discover this at 11pm, Rang reception told the man on night watch he said he couldn't help and hung up the phone....we then attended the Reception to be greeted by more rudeness and no help in locating the bag refused to give us him name or the manager's name. Had to leave at 6am for flight without the medication, had 3 in Croatia trying to find urgent replacement medication

The location. Right in the middle of Oia The photos showed rooms with shape as a “cave” with windows. But when we arrived our family 2-bedroom 2-bathroom suite had no windows. We tried to change the room as I started feeling claustrophobic but the manager said all the rooms were like that, or they had a very small window. I wish I knew this before booking. Since the hotel was fully booked we were unable to switch rooms. The second night there was a blackout and they did not have a generator, therefore we had no air inside the “cave/room” no windows to open for air and the phone & wifi did not work. It really felt too enclosed. I wrote to the hotel about this the day after we left and I’m still waiting for their reply. I would not recommend it.

The location is perfect in the center of Oia. It said our room had sea view and a balcony. Which was not wrong but also not really how we expected it to be. The balcony was shared with other hotel guests and the room only had one window in the door. Unfortunately, my suitcase broke when one of the staff member carried it to the hotel and no one from the hotel staff ever mentioned it to me.

They should let you know ahead of time the amount of steps you will be taking to get to the room. I had a hip replacement and was not able to go up and down those steps to my room. I had to pack a bag in the morning and only go back to my room when it was bed time.

The quality of the rooms were incredible. Great staff as well. Greeted with lemonade upon first arrival!!

Incredible place to watch the sunset! Know that because this is in Oia, it's not going to be simple to get to, but staff is extremely helpful with getting your bags to and from the main area of town to reception and then your room. Hotel also arranged pick up for us from the ferry port. You will need to walk up and down a lot of stairs depending on your exact room, but that is Oia. Keep that in mind when booking and if you have accessibility issues, this is not the location for you.

The view was unbelievable!!! The bathroom needs a little care. The toilet seat was broken, and the soap pump wasn't working right

It was a good size room and the decor was nice. I love that there were porters to help you carry your luggage to you room and back to the pick-up area when leaving. I didn't like that there were ants in the bathroom and my view was mainly 2 buildings and a palm tree. The worse part would be the daily lost of power and water and it wasn't for a short period of time.

Santorini can be quite tricky to navigate with luggage, but thankfully, the hotel arranged assistance both upon our arrival and at checkout, which made everything so much easier. The room was a bit smaller, but the breathtaking view from our spacious balcony more than made up for it. Daily cleaning kept everything spotless, and the staff were incredibly helpful and attentive throughout our stay. Overall, a wonderful stay made even better by that unforgettable view!
