I liked the location and the cleanliness. Staff was also very friendly and helpful. The bathroom and rooms were a bit small.

The twin room was pretty spacious. The room and facilities were very clean. Enjoyed the onsen and the free ice cream. In the evening, a free serving of ramen is offered. The best part of our stay would be the breakfast buffet with a huge variety of Japanese and western dishes offered. No complaints!

Great location, close to the train station. Hot springs bath is the best option for our trip.

Nice small centrally located hotel that focusses on a hot pool. Nice breakfast. Not much else offered. No restaurant except for breakfast.

Very friendly and professional staff. Awesome onsen. Very generous buffet breakfast. A great value. Good location. Beds were a bit uncomfortable.

Wonderful onsen with lots of treats- ice cream, drinks for kids, a common space to play cards, ramen evenings and pajamas for all. Good selection of pillows. Standard rooms are a bit tight but typical for Japan. Very chill atmosphere and a great location not far from the main train station and lots of restaurants. All good.

This hotel offers great value for money. I loved that we could wear the provided yukata to breakfast, which made it feel relaxed and home-like. Breakfast is the same each day, but the selection is still quite good. The thoughtful storage design and daily sleepwear were very considerate. The public bath is beautifully designed and a highlight of the stay. The only downside was the cotton pads provided in the public bath area. They tended to tear easily during use, leaving small bits of lint on the face that were inconvenient to remove. I believe this is an area that could be significantly improved Overall, I would still recommend this hotel. This hotel offers great value for money. Dormy Inn is a very nice place to stay. The rooms are nice, but feels small for someone my height of 6ft 4. The location is great and easy to get to from the JR station. The rooms size. If you're a taller person or someone like me that prefers a larger room, then Dormy Inn is not for you. Otherwise, a nice place to stay.

Great onsen, breakfast, staff, and location!! Very very very small room. Low ceilings and tiny living space, everything is too compact for wanting to save space, the guest experience is uncomfortable.
