Location was super! The staff was fantastic and always helpful. Bathroom was very small and the step up/down was very inconvenient.

- Location - Friendly staff - Clean rooms - Fast internet - Breakfast & the coffee were good. They have very good croissants! - Free alcoholic and soft drinks available during happy hours - Free washing and drying machine (just pay 100¥ for detergent, the machine uses cold water). - Small rooms - Staff is lacking basic English knowledge (for a hotel with international guests, nowadays this is just unacceptable). Make sure you have Google Translate installed on your phone. - The beds are extremely hard and very uncomfortable

This hotel is super good that’s out of my expectations. They have a massage chair and a laundry machine in your room which is amazing. Dryer is in the 4th floor and free to use. The free breakfast is delicious and lots of selections. Service of the front desk is great. I give this hotel 10/10 Nothing

The breakfast was good. The location was great. Many beautiful places to visit nearby. It would be better if you could clean the microwave.

Location was ok, some of the older/middle aged staff were quite friendly and eager to assist with whatever needed. Breakfast was decent. Aircon in our room did not work so we had to switch to another room for one night, then to another the day after. To be honest there was a moment where we considered just taking the loss and paying for another hotel. Some of the younger staff (males mostly) gave us some not so friendly or service minded vibes.

Good location, it's a good hotel although it is showing its age. Walking distance from the station. Appliances are a bit old. You can occasionally hear the ambulance from the main road.

They had good breakfast, kind staff and great location. Wifi also worked very well. There was a strange subtle scent in the room, not sure if it was the carpet or what.
