Location across from the hospital. A nice lady helped me get a extra pillow which wasn't provided even though requested upon reservation (I was coming back from a medical procedure and required this) Constant smell of tobacco smoke, loud guests, room with absolutely no charm, worst was a blaring alarm coming out of the television at 5 AM

Ideal hotel for a solo traveler on a budget. I would happily stay there again. The room is small and the space is used efficiently. Very tasty little restaurant next to the hotel too (but heads up that they only take cash or PayPay!). I also accidentally booked the wrong night and the staff very graciously rebooked me when I arrived, no problems at all and no questions asked. My only problem is that it’s a bit far from the station, but if you know what bus to board, you can get there fairly easily. I also never saw anyone at the front desk — I think maybe there are only limited times when it’s manned? — so be prepared to maybe have to call them if nobody is there. I speak very little Japanese but I got by fine on the call.

There was no staff, so I just walked in and walked out. My door had some damage from the inside. Not sure what happened there. The bathroom was tiny, I could barely fit in there. Luckily, I had to stay there only one night.

Very little interaction was needed. A bit small, but for the price it made it amazing. Everything was conveniently small.

The room was small but clean. All reasonable. Staff was friendly and let me get into my room early. During my stay the WiFi had no internet access. I notified 3 different staff members that I could find (the reception does not have staff), one cleaning lady actually made a call and told me it will be fixed but during my stay of three nights it did not get fixed. A business hotel that doesn't provide internet is... well....

I like the location and cleanliness of the room. I encountered an issue with the room I was initially assigned; the door would not lock from either the inside or the outside. After contacting the manager, she promptly came to inspect the problem and, without hesitation, moved me to a new room. Her quick response were greatly appreciated, and also the efforts to communicate in English. I would like to share my experience during my second night at the hotel. A group of guests, who appeared to be a family of Chinese visitors, were causing a considerable amount of noise well past midnight. They were laughing loudly, using the hairdryer, talking at an exceptionally high volume, and frequently moving from one room to another. It seemed their rooms were assigned directly across from each other. Every time they entered or exited their rooms, they would slam the doors forcefully, as if they were intentionally making noise. At first, I only opened my room’s door to signal my disturbance but chose not to express my frustration directly. However, by the time it was 1:30 AM, I could no longer tolerate the situation and decided to approach one of their rooms. To my surprise, their door was left wide open, and they appeared to be drinking something. Although they briefly apologized when I addressed them, the noise continued shortly after. This entire incident can be verified by reviewing the security camera footage installed on the fifth floor. My suggestion to the hotel management is to consider placing advisory signs requesting guests to maintain quietness after 10:00 PM, with clear warnings about potential fines for those who fail to comply. This is a common practice I have seen in other hotels to ensure the comfort of all guests. After a long flight from Latin America, I was hoping to rest properly, but unfortunately, this was not possible due to the excessive noise. I appreciate your attention to this matter.

Good location, room is a bit small but comfortable enough with amenities and other handy stuff such as hair dryer etc The absence of staff is a bit concerning. While it makes check-in and check-out really easy, if there is any trouble with your room, you are pretty much out of luck.

Since it was a no contact check in/out it was fast and easy

The hotel is small but comfortable. I stayed for 5 nights and though the space was limited, I found it rather cozy and perfect for my needs. The bathroom was cleaned thoroughly every day. Doors are very flimsy so you hear everything from the corridor. Would be good to have microwaves in each room.

It was clean and your room gets cleaned everyday for free if you want. In general i had a good stay and got to enjoy Okayama comfortably. The smell when i first got in the room. It smelled like children’s clay….

The location is very good, a bit out of the center but not too far.. it's quite cool inside and spacious There was no drying rack but listed.. there is no staff.. the building is very dated and smells bad.. loads of stains on the floors and they ask seriously money for it.. I left after the first night because of my heavy backpains. Turns out a 4star hotel was cheaper
