Three Wellness

A mini-apratment, very comfortable for a couple for a self-catering stay in Okayama, partifularly when using a private car. The self-service enterance was very smooth (with detailed instructions sent via email beforehand). Not much to do in the area near the hotel

Spacious rooms, quiet area, very nice staff. Nothing. 10/10

Extremely convenient. Super near the train station. There’s free parking on site. Very clean room! There’s a well equipped gym.

This was our second stay at 3 Wellness, and we love it! Beautiful room and facilities, ample parking, comfy beds, strong wifi... everything is perfect for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The staff is very welcoming and smiling. We will always stay here when we are in Okayama! Nothing at all.

Spacious room with easy washer/dryer. I really liked the solid hand rails on the wall of the Japanese shower. Solid elevator. Beautiful view of nearby mountains. I loved the food next door at the Family Mart 24/7 convenience store. I picked up toiletries at a big drug store just 1/2 block away. I got a coat and sweaters at a popular clothing store 3 blocks away. JR train station (Kitinagase) is across the street. Easy ticket machine with English option. Taxis available at the station. Next to the JR station is a pretty park with stores and food and beautiful lighting at night. JR train to Okayama station takes about 4 minutes. Just 3 stops to Kurashiki train station... under 15 minutes. Lots of fun and shopping and restaurants at Okayama station and in Kurashiki. Okayama station also has Shinkansen hi-speed rail. I took the Shinkansen to Shin-Osaka station and then train express from there to KIX airport in Osaka. Each ride was about an hour. It helps to get these tickets in advance at the ticket store at Okayama station. I specified that I had luggage. When I came to Okayama from Shin-Osaka, I was late for my Shinkansen train. They let me take the next Shinkansen to Okayama on that ticket... which was under a half hour wait in early afternoon. It was a fun and beautiful ride.

Convenient location one step from Okayama station and three steps to Kurashiki, staff vey helpful, complimentary tea, coffee, amenities and others at the hotel lounge.

While the washer/dryer was handy, I don't think it actually dries. It's more of a spin dry than heat dry. May have to go to a coin laundry to dry.

The location is excellent for traveller. 5-10mins from station; just 1 station from Okayama. Familymart just downstairs. Spacious room. With washing/dry machine is amazing point!!! With in room kitchenette and self service open pantry (oven/ coffee,utensils…) Staff is nice! Response on time :) Will come again if i visit this city again. -No restaurant close by. (But it’s not their issues, you could cook in room as well). -It would be great if there are bicycle could be rented. As the place is good for cycling. -Gym room package could be an great idea as well :) -Could add some hooks inside the bathroom for hanging clothes during bath. Adding a door outside the shower room and toilet will be better for non-couple. -Just one key is not convenient enough, suggest to have one more so guest could return hotel separately.

Spaceious Everything was great!

The location is not ideal for sightseeing as, in most cases, you have to take a train to the Okayama station. There seems to be around a 20 min interval between these trains, which makes this a bit annoying. Not a huge deal as usually you get out in the morning and only come back in the evening.

Location was great for proximity to train station and within one stop of Okayama city. It was also close to Kurashiki which was worth the visit. The market and shopping village near the station was also good and there were local izakaya within walking distance. Having a washer dryer in the room was fantastic. I really can't complain, the hotel had everything we needed and much more. Service was friendly and helpful.

Large space with everything you need, microwave, fridge, washer/dryer and an exceptional bathroom. A few minutes walk from quiet Kita-nagase station. Convenience store next door. Nice walking/jogging park next to the train station.

Very spacious rooms and well equipped with a washing/drying machine, cooking utensils if you so desire. Nice staff and good location to explore Okayama. The train station in a 2 minute walk and only 1 stop to Okayama station.

Big room, very clean, a lot of additional facilities on the floor with free access. Washing×drying mashine in the room, kitchen in the room, towels unlimited, tea bar and others things. We rented 6 hotels in the Japan. This was the best at the same price rate. Location looks far, but it is one station from the center actually.

Very good

Perhaps one of the more surreal places I've stayed at in Japan. It's a physical rehab facility for the elderly located opposite Kitanagase station, a stunningly bland district of Okayama. The rooms are exceptionally big for Japan, and are more like self-catering apartments (indeed, people live in smaller apartments in Japan). The reception staff were very pleasant. Great value for money. The property itself is fine; the location might be an issue if you like having options beyond Family Mart & Tully's Coffee close by.

Exceptional

Booked the appartement, it was big and specious. Free car parking. Location was not the best. The bed/pillows where hard as a rock. The tiles in the bathroom where coming off. The English spoken by staff was the bare minimum. Missing places to put towels to dry/place toothbrush etc.

The room was huge and you could adjust the light intensity. The bed was comfortable and adjustable by height etc. The bathtub was spacious and the shower room is Japanese style. I liked that the shower head had a button to start and stop the water. The toilet is very modern even by Japanese standards. When I arrived in the room the temperature was 11°C. I turned on the heating while I went to take a bath and the room heated up in the meantime. I usually set the room temperature to 19°C, but it still felt really cold in this room so I had to set it to 21°C. I think because one entire wall of the room consists only of sliding glass doors, it is pretty difficult to heat up and maintain a constant temperature.

Amazing place to stay at if you are visiting the areas around Okayama, its a very short walk to Kitanagase station which is one station away from Okayama. Room is really spacious and had everything I needed, including a washing machine and dryer! Staff was also really friendly and polite.
