Great value for the price. We were upgraded to the maisonette style room with the Japanese hot tub as our original room needed repairs. It was large and the shower room was large as well. We loved the playroom, my 4 year old thoroughly enjoyed it in there. I appreciated the free washing machine usage and cheap drying. It is dated, but I don’t see that as a big deal. The pros far outweigh this. The beds were a bit hard. As a foreigner I’m used to having more than 1 pillow so that plus a harder bed was a little tough. No elevator and the stairs were steep, but it wasn’t that bad.

We’re given pre packed box as breakfast Would prefer to have a buffet style That way the meals would be hot and can have hot soup during winter No complaints on other things Would stay again if go to Okinawa

Quiet, clean, comfortable and helpful friendly staff. Great coffee. Thought we had a room with dual level as picture shows staircase. But staircase leads from lobby level and car park down a steep staircase to the room. Misleading pictures. Breakfast was a fixed bento box of processed food.

The balcony attached to our room was nice. I wish we could have saw the ocean, but that’s a very small complaint that is kind of out of their control! The amenities bar was also a nice touch, as well as the usage of washer and dryers. Dryers were ¥100 for 15 minutes, but no complaints there. They say they offer breakfast, but it is actually a boxed breakfast that you have to order ahead of time, and this was not clear.

we requested to change rooms and they were nice enough to give us a bigger room, loved the staffs kindness. very big and nice room with everything you need! Location was kind of in the cut and dark at night, you will have to really pay attention upon arrival. Loved that they had a parking spot for each room individually. it really wasn’t baby friendly. The whole place had no elevator and the entrance of the room is a somewhat narrow long flight of stairs so if you have a lot of luggage you might have to make multiple trips up and down the stairs. we had two luggages, a stroller and a walking baby who likes to follow us so it was honestly a struggle.

The room has a terrace. Washing machine can be used free of charge, and dryer costs 100 yen for 15 minutes. I booked 4 bed room but it has 3 bed. We didn’t complain because kid is 4 years old. This hotel isn’t same as the photos which are like new room. This location is surrounding love-hotel area.

The family room was very spacious and clean, perfect for our family of 4. The balcony and attached car space was definitely a plus. The staff have been very helpful and made our trip even more enjoyable.

Staffs were amazing! The room was specious and clean, free drink available throughout the day, washing machines are free of charge. The area where this hotel located is just like a maze, and the Google map always stuff up! There are lots of motels ( love hotels) nearby.
