The location, the view and the size of the room especially bathroom was worth praising. Unfortunately the only main issue was the wifi connection did not work the majority of the time, this was very important to us for trip planning and communications.

The pictures on the website do not show how old the facility is. You walk into the room and just smell the mildew. The tub was not clean and had dirt/debris come out when the keys were turned on.

We really enjoyed the large size of the room & the large bathroom with the hot tub. Nice views of Okinawa city from the room. Check in was a little different, but manageable.

The room is great! it is spacious with Jacuzzi, the sauna and massage chair. I have never stayed in the room with Sauna before. The hotel must once be the very luxury hotel. Though it is a bit dated, it is still well maintained. Moreover, the view is nice. The hotel is difficult to go using the GPS only, the road to enter the hotel is not obvious that we took quite long time to go round and round in the area before entering the road to the hotel. We suggest the hotel to provide access map. Moreover, I was on the way in travelling Okinawa, and did not check the email when arriving the hotel. It took us a long time to process the complicated self check-in. Moreover, we suggest the Wi-fi should be provided in the check-in lobby though we have no problem with our own network connectivity.

I liked the location and size of the room. I also liked you could leave the room and return. The check in check out process was easy. The jucuzzi did not work in the tub. There were no curtains in the bathroom for privacy to shower and use the jucuzzi. I had to hang up the robes for some privacy. It also had a massage chair that was not listed on the website when booking which was a bonus.

The Room and Jaccuzi were big. it’s a love hotel or renovated from an old one, the bed was about as soft as plywood and I couldn’t find the Wifi.

A very well put together hotel room. The shower area was very spacious! The hot tub was also a great addition to the room. Comfortable bed. Great views of Okinawa city. I had some difficulty checking in when I arrived.
