The smell ,the bathroom

It was okay. The space for my room was huge! Much larger than I expected. The price for the week could t beat! No amenities or screens on the windows to prevent bugs from flying in. Massive spider came in the room. Never opened the window again. jacuzzi also didn’t work. Old mildew smell would suggest they air rooms about before guest arrive. Had an issue with air not working but maintenance guy was there in 2 minutes to fix it.

Since there were few guests, breakfast was served individually rather than as a buffet and it’s so-so. The hotel is difficult to access without a car, and drivers should be careful when entering cause the entrance is a bit narrow.

Very clean and good value. Staff was very friendly! The rain kind of made me terrified to leave due to the hilly location, but that’s not their fault.

This was our 4th staying at the Rycom. Again, we enjoyed staying. Good services, good food, and location were convenient. Reasonable prices, too. We'll stay there again for sure someday. The location maybe hard to find for the new visitors. I saw the small sign on the high way, but it should be bigger. The sign on the top of the building should be brighter.

Difficult access to property, poorly maintained road to hotel. Needs a sink in the toilet room.

The room I stayed in was bigger than I expected and the beds too were very big and I loved it. Also I LOVED the Rafa shower head. There was long hair on the bathroom wall, the doors to the main room had scratches and the jacuzzi in the bathroom didn’t work

The view from the room was great and the parking was fine. Things were quiet for the most part too. And breakfast was excellent on the veranda watching the sun rise...nice experience overall. The hotel was quite dated. The room keys were falling apart. The entire property really needed cleaned by pressure washing. Some days the single front desk lady had to run the front desk AND the restaurant. Extremely understaffed.

I believe the location of the hotel is very good. But this was our 3rd time to stay, we already knew how nice the hotel is. The view is nice and the room we pick was relaxing. Good breakfast, too. The signs of the hotel could be improved. The one on the roof should be repainted to be more clear and the one by the Hwy should be bigger. Such a nice and reasonable hotel, more people would stay if the location is clear.
