Embassy Suites Oklahoma City Downtown/Medical Center

We came in for the night, to do a spa day and a night out. The lady (long brown hair) at the desk was so helpful. Wanted to go eat some where before our spa appointments. She sent us to deep duece grill and that place was great also!! We’ll definitely be back. Great place to stay and the people are so nice!

Suite was spacious, clean, and well maintained. Common areas were pleasant. Staff was very friendly. The location is on the outer edge of the medical district. A number of abandoned buildings or buildings in need of major repair. Fine for a business stay but less for a leisure or romantic getaway.

Liked the rooms were clean and for breakfast there was many options. I appreciate they had bacon because I do not like sausage. Had many juices. Staff was very nice and friendly.

The hotel is in a great and quiet location - but still close to downtown. Comfortable beds, very clean common areas and room. Every staff member we were around greeted us with smiles and asked if there was anything we needed. Excellent service!

We were greeted and quickly checked in by Charlie, she also checked on us through our stay. We enjoy the two room suite which allows us to spread out. The evening reception was very nice, great service from the bar staff, and the snacks were tasty. We always love the fresh omelette and hot breakfast when we stay at Embassy. We were located a quick drive from everything, parking was $20. We ordered from the restaurant and my husband liked his chicken more than the fancy chicken we ate elsewhere.

This is a beautiful hotel, fantastic breakfast, and a nice nightly reception. There isn’t any food within walking distance, but the hotel is centrally located downtown. The fitness room was also nice with all machines working and a full set of hand weights. My issue with this property was that we stayed there for six nights, and at least one of us used the gym every single day. It did not have disinfecting wipes to wipe down the equipment any of the days we were there. I notified the hotel through the app on day 3. Still no wipes on day 6. When I addressed this with the front desk they explained to me that they were ordered and haven’t come in yet. I managed to run to Walmart more than once on this trip for various things, so this didn’t really cut it for me as this hotel is directly in the middle of a large medical plaza. This made me question the cleanliness of the rest of the facilities if a health issue that minor can’t be remedied quickly. This property is convenient and has good amenities, but I will likely choose somewhere else next time due to how unconcerned they were with a cleanliness issue for six full days.
