No me gustó k las piscinas de afuera estaban cerradas solo funcionaba el parke acuatico y pues tampoco me gustó la restriction k tienen sobre los trajes de baño de las mujeres pues cada cual debe vestirse como se sienta a gusto

This was my first visit to a waterpark resort and they didn't dissapoint. We had a lot of fun and will definately vist again.

We decided the stay at Okana is what YOU and your family make it. That being said we enjoyed our time making memories with our family. The room was very clean and well kept. However the property was very dirty. I watched several staff walk around messes like they were not there. We rented priority seating indoor and out and some of the cushions on the couch were so filthy we could not use that seat. The staff in the water park were not nice at all! With the exception of one young man at the surface location. The waits at the restaurants were very long! The cost.... very overpriced.

Booked for two nights on Expedia and I was checked out on the first night involuntarily. Requested to speak to manager twice and answer. Was charged for two nights when I only stayed for one night!
