Very clean room staff was very courteous and friendly, very good place.

Despite signs for quiet hours, there seemed to be people making noise throughout the night and hanging out in the halls. Sleep was sporadic as I'd wake up almost hourly to someone laughing or talking loud. Breakfast was my biggest issue. I'd made the reservation specifically for included breakfast. The first morning I learned my lesson pretty quick. Despite breakfast listed as 6-9, I went at 6:30 to find it wiped out. The next morning, I woke up early and was down in the lobby at 5:45. There were already a couple people there waiting. As soon as breakfast opened, just the couple people there loaded up multiple plates. By the time I managed to get a couple items on my plate, more showed up. Soon it was just full of people just grabbing everything they could. It seems once its done, its done. It was more sad than it was upsetting. If you are looking for a cheap hotel, I've stayed at worse in all my travels. Cleanish rooms and located near the airport. Even has a shuttle. But if you have cash to spare or even have young kids, I'd avoid this place.

Offers airport shuttle, it only runs from 8am-7pm. We needed an early one. Had to get a Uber.

The bed was comfortable. The room was clean & quiet. Despite Oklahoma law, Randall, the clerk, refused to honor my 100% Disabled Veterans Sales Tax Exemption card. Despite Booking.com calling & emailing him, he still refused to honor my card. He also refused to call the hotel manager for clarification & guidance. Despite knowing I was a mobility challenged disabled veteran, he put me on the first floor which has 3 steps to enter the hallway. I tripped & fell heavily. Luckily for you, I only skinned my shin so you avoided an injury lawsuit. Despite a non-smoking room policy, it was hard to enjoy the pool with all the cigarette smoke. Very disappointed hotel only offered shuttle service to the international airport from 8am-9pm: I had a 7am flight.

The night life in the area was off the hook

My husband and I stayed here for a visit with my grandson. There are clearly some drug deals going on along with some prostitution. I am a smoker and some very disturbing activity was constant each time I went to smoke. The first room we were given had a burn hole on the sheet and something filthy on the chairs in the room. We were relocated to another room that was dealable but not much better. The floors are all warped under the carpet and one of the two chairs in our room was broken. Refused to use the shower as there was blood on it. No A/C in the halls and the unit in our room had a busted top cover. Before you come for me, my husband and I stayed in Santa Rosa in a Super 8 that was no frills (cost savvy) but it was CLEAN!!! This hotel was filthy- flies everywhere, trash cans disgusting. You can tell the owners genuinely do not care. Will not stay there again.

Horrible attitude by front desk attendant. I called to ask about fraudulent use of my card at their hotel and he rudely hung up on me twice when I asked to speak to a manager. Not only did they let someone use my card at their hotel without verification or proof of ID they rudely dismissed my claims.

Very convenient. After we checked in, we took the elevator up to the floor we needed. We got off the elevator and smelled something immediately. We continued walking down the hall towards our room. Not far from the elevator we saw the reason for the odor. Someone had vomited onto the carpet. Looked like it had been there for a while with no attempt to clean it up. A little further on there were what appeared to be towels and bed linens in the floor beside the room. At this point, it would’ve been approximately 5:30 or 6 o’clock in the evening. Definitely was not encouraging. However, our room was clean, and there was no noise or problems from any guests or other sources. The rest of the hotel was clean, so I believe the problem in the hallway would be the only deterrent to us staying there again.

The faucet was broke, bedside lights were broke, microwave looks like it had overheated and melted the door and the breakfast had no meat, not even in the gravy! Lots of carbs...biscuits, gravy, waffles, toast and round pieces of egg.

My stay at this location was a very good experience. The owner are very nice and make you feel welcomed. My room was clean. No issues l. They have a refrigerator, microwave in rooms nice TVs. The shower was excellent! No a bad place to stay if you are in OKC
