So good and clean , the main restaurant was so clean and the food delicious, the view was amazing , the staff was so kind but they don't speak English , the baklava was so delicious Not so much activities for kids , the sweets on dinner especially the mini cakes was dry i think they can make it better

Our stay at hotel was very good. This is the definition of All-Inclusive. Hotel is huge and on every corner there is something, 4 bars, 10 different places for snacks around pools and beach, there is even a burger place and everything is free (except starbacks) but there is also coffee shops with free coffee. Food is amazing and there is too much things to choose, a lot of turkish meals but also classics for foreigners, something for everybody. Also i proposed to my gf in ala carte restaurant and staff prepared beautiful seat next to sea and fireworks. I would recommend this hotel for couples and for families. It is far away from any city or activity, but you have everything u need there. The only thing that i really didnt like is that almost nobody from staff knows a single word of english. For example when i wanted to talk to some manager about proposal and reservation of ala carte restaurant we had very hard time understanding and had to communicate via google translate. Considering very few turkish people knows english, i was not surprised that cleaning ladies didnt know english, but manager of luxury hotel doesnt know how to communicate most simple english is embarassing for a luxury hotel like this one. On the other hand they were all very kind and trying their best to help me and make our stay comfortable.

Food and the way the food was displaced. The was a poor variety, although it was spread along the different tables, but it was all just a marketing politics. The Turkish sweets were perfect, though. The food was really very poor,not at all for a Luxury grade. One feels like the hotel management undermines the guest as they place the dishes in a long row but the variety is very limited and not to that level. We were very much excited by the Garden and the Flowers, applauds to the Gardening team. The rest was very perfect.

Everything Compared with the rest of hotel facilities, very average Or actually No welcone of see off by the reception staff at the time of check in and check out.

The best hotel with super clean rooms with a great view of the sea, great staff, great food and great entertainment.

Very nice property by the sea with many outside pools and beautiful green areas. The hotel is modern and trendy. I would have loved to hear little bit music in lobby area (jazz or classical)

The chef worked very meticulously, aesthetically and the food was healthy. The chef is great. Thank you. I didn't like and it's a shame about the work of some of the staff in the hall, for example at dinner, the girl who served us was unsmiling and didn't see her job. I even had to go and ask for wine to be poured for me in the drinks section. She just pretended not to notice us. It's a shame - a minus for the hotel.

The place is really nice and some rooms are really good. All in all great place to spend few days. Some refreshing would be needed

The hotel is clean , people who work there are excellent, good staff and sort of feel at home .very comfortable What I did not like is the fact that -there is no hotel transfer. I asked for one and they said they don’t offer .taxis are are quite expensive

10/10. This hotel keeps the high standards. All good reviews are true. Very good smell in the hotel, luxurious environment inside and outside. We ordered superior double room and it was very spacious, with the view to the outside pools and sea. The bed was bit harder than expected. Spacious shower and toilet. Smart TV with YouTube and phone share screen option. Temperature change option in the room. Free drinks in the mini bar filled daily. Huge food choice (various types of pasta, chicken, fish, sushi, salads, pastries etc.) and a crazy amount of different types desserts. The staff in restaurant really made us feel special as they were running and filling water to our glasses the moment you sit down to eat, offering drinks and taking dishes away after you eat. Overall staff was very caring and kind, some shifts were more outstanding with their attention to guests. You can get water in the bars or outside straight from the cold fridges. Drinks served all the time (wine, beer, cocktails, coffee, anything you want). Also, you can ask for snacks at the bars (mixed nuts and chips). Very fun and entertaining evening mini shows, we really liked the rock band, magic show and bicycle shows. Inside pool and one outside - heated. Daily free activities like darts, volleyball, Zumba, table games etc. Near the hotel there is an ATM with small amount cash withdrawal. You should bring your own slippers and sunscreen (15-30eu each inside hotel and near hotel shops), free beach towels are given in spa area daily. We stayed a week before Easter, the weather was +20 - 24°, could be a little bit cold for a sea swim for some, but it was refreshing. The animation team were very nice, fun and friendly. We highly recommend this hotel and would love to come back again. It will be hard to find better than this for the price - quality deal that we had in middle of April. Nothing.

I really enjoyed it, especially since everything in the hotel was new, clean, and well-maintained. It would have been even better if the weather had been sunny, but at least we got to swim in the pool and try the water slides at the hotel. Next time, we will definitely check out the beach facilities. I hope to relax here again when the outlet is open.
