Leodikya Kirman Premium - Ultra All Inclusive

The food was good, and we enjoyed our meals. However, I think the main restaurant has room for improvement. The presentation and layout could be more attractive, and there could be a wider variety of desserts and main dishes. I don’t mean that the food is bad at all—it’s not. I simply believe that, because the competition among hotels is so strong, this is an area where the hotel could become even better with some attention to detail and improved restaurant management. Another small point is that the air conditioning in the rooms was not as cool as we expected. Overall, the hotel is very clean, comfortable, and enjoyable. Most importantly, if you have any concerns or problems during your stay, the staff genuinely try their best to resolve them and always treat guests with great respect and kindness. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.

We were meeting with our relatives at the hotel to have a quality family time. Everything was really good. Good selection of food and drinks, signature Turkish cuisine dishes and dessert. Very warm and clean Mediterranean Sea. Staff were well trained and polite and friendly. Overall good and relaxing experience. Would definitely recommend to visit. Only one restaurant visit was included in our stay, the rest ( 2 more on site of the hotel) you have to pay or go to buffet for dinner, very weird for all inclusive concept in my experience; I don’t mind to pay more, but I believe guests should be informed about that before they arrive at the property. All employees should wash their hands after using bathroom))). Some of the buffet staff are not very attentive, or just too tired to care. It would be nice to have more international hits during evening hours, like 50/50 at least, not 90% Turkish music.

What can I say, Wow! From the design of the hotel, the interior, decoration and attention to detail was in our opinion, excellent. We have been to Turkey many times and this was the first time in Alanya. We looked for an all inclusive as this time we wanted to have a family trip with our teenage children 17&18. From the moment of booking, the service from the team was second to none, nothing was a problem. All transfers from the airport were arranged with ease. We arrived and were greeted by wonderful staff and a welcome drink. Immediate relaxation after a long trip was just what we needed. Our rooms were immaculate, fridges full of refreshments which were topped up everyday. Service 10/10 Food choice was really important to us, and this hotel did not disappoint, in fact we were spoilt for choice. These chefs go above and beyond to provide dishes for ALL nationalities and all ages - I can’t think of anything they didn’t provide, the food really was exceptional. I was most impressed with the young children’s food options and for babies, you name it, they had it. Even powdered milk. The hotel has outstanding entertainment provided for all ages throughout the day, such as archery, darts, pool and beach entertainment and games. In the evenings there kids entertainment, there were bands, circus entertainment, tribute acts, live acoustic music and the World Cup games were all aired on large screens. Most impressive was watching the England game sat in the amazing amphitheater. A highlight for us was the pianist who played in the main lobby in the evenings, just beautiful. The pools are excellent sizes and clean. A win for us were that you can’t reserve your beds!!! The hotel are strict on this and will remove towels if placed before certain hours. The water slides and water park for the younger children is an amazing addition. The beach is a very short walk which is beautiful, and provides water sports if interested - this is at an additional cost. All poolside and beach beverages are provided in paper cups which they should continue to do, however beers are provided in their glass bottles. We witnessed 2 bottles smash to the floor around the pool area by guests. Although staff immediately attended to clear the glass, it’s still a hazard for small shards of glass and bare feet. I feel it would be best for beers to only be consumed at the bar or transferred into possibly metal cup to keep cool.

Nice looking resort Friendly staff - Amazing concierge - Erkan was amazing and went above and beyond to help me and my family each day. The spa is good Right next to great beach location. Lots of kids stuff to do. If you were angling for a more party themed resort, then it would be fun. Rooms look and feel nice. good house red and white wines. Some good sounding and creative cocktails, shame good spirits not used in them so the end result is rough round the edges. Context - it was me, my 30 weeks pregnant wife and 3.5 year old child. Nighttime - every night the party around the resort is way too loud and keeps going until midnight and the rooms are not at all soundproof. So if you're looking for a relaxing quiet time, good luck. Room walls and windows are paper thin. Screaming kids, people slamming doors everywhere and the nightly aggressive noise is unavoidable. Some servers at breakfast seem to actively avoid you and couldn't smile to save their lives. So getting a coffee can be hard work since you cannot serve yourself certain things. Biggest unfortunate issue for us which would have made the holiday much better, which is harsh of me but the outdoor main pools, are huge, and inviting but too cold for some reason so they were barely in use. Food was ok, not enough options, you only get 1 included meal at 1 of their 2 "specialized" restaurants, the other restaurant you have to pay. I'd give the buffet 6 out of 10, ok variety for dinner and good options for desserts, but lunch and breakfast is lacking. Lastly, as much as I wanted to take advantage of the unlimited alcohol with a nice relaxing good stiff drink, the spirits selection was not good, but I think this is merely the case for most all inclusives. And the ok spirits they did have, were often not used in the cocktails they make, vying for some unknown cheapest version of each spirit. Which is a shame, as I am partial to a good cocktail.

Child-friendly, modern design, helpful staff, tasty food, easy and quick access from the room to the sea/restaurant/etc. We stayed there during the off-season, and although the number of people (reportedly about half of the full capacity) was on the edge of being too much, it was still fine

- amazing stuff attitude - the hotel cares about environment by using recyclable packaging - good variety of food - !!! beach in walking distance - beautiful pools - kids club - sparkling clean and freshly renovated - free sauna and bowling - expensive massage service - A/C central control. We can't switch it to cooling. - fun room is too small
