Great location. Close to City Center and restaurants. The air conditioner worked but was controlled by front desk? Low volume and kept it at 74. A bit hot for American tourists.

The location was convenient to access restaurants and shops. The room was quiet and very comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful. After being in many hotels throughout Sardegna, I was surprised that the check-in staff was not as friendly and available as what I had experienced in other similar hotels. Perhaps it was a very busy day? Perhaps some staff did not show up for work? I do not know...but guest interactions leave lasting impressions!

Location was central to the main shopping and restaurant area- 3 short blocks away but totally quiet. Breakfast buffet was excellent with wide range of options. Many, many types of croissants, breads, granolas, fruit and fruit salad, 2 types of eggs, cheeses, hams. Italian coffee machine with all choices Americano, cappuccino, espresso, latte, etc. The spa area was included in the price of my room because it was located in the Wellness part of the hotel. Outdoor hot tub, huge indoor jacuzzi pool with wonderful different jets, large sauna, super steam room, several types of shower to enjoy, indoor and outdoor lounges for napping. ☺️ Very small maintenance issues - safe malfunctioning - easily corrected, shower head in bathroom could not be adjusted for taller person (me) but could be handheld. Inside door lock was broken but door was locked by main card controller.

The lobby is very nice and staff were really friendly. Also the location was great and i had a balcony. My room was in the older building, so i didn‘t have the balcony all the other rooms had. Also the ventilator in the bathroom was SOOO loud. The furniture looks very used and are wobbly. The room could have been cleaner.

Hotel has buildings in different locations, not too far from each other but still not ideal. The price per night doesn't reflect on anything special or outstanding. Service and facilities are basic.

They didn’t have an iron, it is helpful to have that and when we asked about beach towels they charged us 5 euros per piece to rent them. This was the first place I had to pay for beach towels!

Lovely hotel a few blocks off the main shopping street of Olbia. The room was very comfortable and beautifully furnished.

Enjoyed the location and amenities of the spa. Location is great, staff was very lovely and helpful. Would stay again for longer! Very quiet and comfortable but close enough to walk 5 minutes to the main strip of the town. Can’t say much, only stayed one night, it was lovely

It has all the makings of a lovely resort. The rooms are a little dated, but nice nonetheless. It has a small refrigerator with food and drink you have to pay for, but you can squeeze a couple of your own things in there if necessary. It’s in a great location right next to the area where all the shops and restaurants are. They have parking at 5 Euro per day, which was great. There is a spa on site, which we didn’t get to try out but reviews are good. There is a really cool archeological exhibit below the main floor of one of the buildings and the floor is plexiglass so you can take a look at it. The staff was friendly and helpful. We had to leave for the airport very early in the morning. Because we’d miss breakfast, they dropped off a boxed breakfast for us the night before, which we appreciated very much. We had some issues with our room, as explained below, and they were kind enough to issue a partial credit for our trouble. We went during a heat wave and our air conditioning was barely working. It had to be around 85 degrees in our room and so it was difficult for us to sleep. We told the staff and they said it was working…but it wasn’t. Also, the base of the glass shower wall leaked from the bottom all over the bathroom.

The location was great and close to everything, very convenient. The room was spacious and clean. The lobby area was beautiful and great to relax. For our one night stay it was a good fit for us and the price was not bad. They also held our bags after checkout as we had a few hours to explore the city before we had to go to the airport One of the front desk staff was not nice with us but friendly with others. Not sure what the issue was there. The spa was a bit dated and could use updating. The hot plunges were not hot but lukewarm but it was still relaxing for the price. Our AC also didn’t work very well in our room so it was still very hot at night.
