Clean Nice breakfast The village is very beautiful On the main street so quite noisy with the windows open. We didn't have hot water one evening after the beach. Difficult to park your car.

Very clean and quiet. Nicely appointed room. Good location. Breakfast was lovely. The property is above a restaurant where we had dinner. It was very good. This is also where breakfast is served It was a very pleasant stay in San Pantaleo The only downside is slightly difficult access if you are travelling with large suitcases.

Hospitality is the word and the guys in B&B Da Nicoletta have it in spades. It doesn't take much to go that extra little bit to make a great stay into excellent stay. You may be underwhelmed by the building but the room was spotless, everything worked and the bed was super comfortable. But it's the friendliness of the staff that stands out here. I couldn't recommend it highly enough. Their proximity to the Costa Smerelda is excellent. And by the way their restaurant is very good too. Having to say goodbye.

Owner is super nice and accommodating. Great breakfast and also dinner at their restaurant downstairs. Apartment is on the main corner of the Main Street of the little town with great views of the rock landscape. Perfect for a night or 2, great location to shoot off to the North or East 15 mins to the beach.
