Location is private and quiet. This is my second stay and disappointed each time. I only stayed this second time because it was a comp from the first visit being awful. Well this time wasn’t too much better. Door to the room didn’t lock. The first room they assigned smelled of urine strong. Changed the room the second room was the door issue they then changed the room the next day to a room that wasn’t clean after we returned later so they had to find another room. This hotel has been open less than 2 years and if you didn’t know that you would think it was older.

Housekeeping cleaned our room but didn't leave bath towels and rags. I asked front desk for them he said they dont have any. 2 hours later he brought me 1 towel 1 rag and a hand towel for 2 people. Ridiculous!!! Hotel wasn't even full. I wish i could give zero stars

The bathtub wall had a hole in it, the sink faucet was extremely loose and fragile. One of the worst Comfort Inns we have ever stayed at.

The staff. Not interested in helping. No greetings or goodbyes.

The sliding bathroom door is hazardous. The shower floor was very slippery, did not provide anything to keep your feet from sliding. On the second day of our stay the electricity went out and the hotel ran out of towels. The breakfast was awful.

Elevator was not working during my stay and I was on the 3rd floor. Also found a roach bug in my bathroom.

Food and blood stains on sheets. The front desk man very nonchalant about the situation. Offered to switch our rooms which we agreed, but nothing more to rectify the issue. Tried to reach out to manager, then manager said we needed to speak to the general manager. Tried several times and never heard back. Never again.
