The hotel delivered far more than I expected. The staff was warm and welcoming, and both check‑in and check‑out were quick and uncomplicated. I’m someone who wipes down every surface and brings my own sheets, pillowcases, towels, and disinfecting wipes. This room was spotless. As I cleaned, I didn’t find a single trace of dirt, and for the first time in a long while, I genuinely felt comfortable enough to sleep on the hotel’s linens. The staff went above and beyond. Before I even realized I had left something behind, they called me immediately to let me know. When I return to the Memphis/Mississippi area, I will definetly stay here.
