You need to pay for most of the basic services, such as using safe box inside your room. That was first for me.

The multiple pools The slide The beds The aircon The shower The cleaning The access to drinks especially cold water Can walk to Hosarano in 5 mins and that is like Blackpool on speed. Full of lights shops and bars. Good for shopping the fake goods! Small enough to feel comfortable It’s perfect for large family groups where kids may want a little freedom and would be safe to be in another pool etc The gaps around the door - can hear everything. The cats The lack of gluten free options and the lack of willingness of the staff to cater for us Evening entertainment was very low end but they tried. Or understand what it means to be celiac - we had it all translated into Turkish

Clean. Good range of food. Plenty of room across the complex. All of the staff were helpful and polite. The bar area could be made to be a little more comfortable and social.

A wonderful hotel located in a pine forest, very tasty fresh food. All the staff (especially Ali) were polite and attentive. Our room in the hotel was large and comfortable, high-quality cleaning was done every day. I really liked the show on Friday. Not far from the hotel there is a village with many cafes and shops, the cable car to Mount Babadag is not far from the hotel. Everything was fine.

As a famy of 10 ranging from 4 to 85 this was the most amazing hotel. Something for everyone. The views are spectacular, food well above average especially for all inclusive. The whole hotel was immaculately clean. Every single member of staff treat you like royalty. 100% be returning
