The location and staff was amazing, special thanks to Mercan ? They even made a meal for me when all the kitchen was already closed and helped me with all the navigation. Will definitely be back again ?

Having booked and confirmed with yourselves that this hotel was opened I was very disappointed to find the hotel has in fact closed in October for the season so was disappointed when I arrived at 1am to find it closed. And no help to help me find another hotel at that time with ur AI bots and no human to take too

The atmosphere was very pleasant, and the management kindly arranged a quiet room with a beautiful view of the pool. The place is truly amazing, and the breakfast was varied and absolutely delicious. Also, they provide free access to Sugar Beach, which me and my wife really enjoyed. Thank you to the whole team for the warm hospitality. ?

The Pool was very good

Views were amazing. Nice to be out of the noise of oludeniz Paper thin walls .. can hear room above showering, toilet flushing etc

Staff seems not trained. Give us feeling like didn't want to be there. They did try to be friendly, but lack of professionality and true kindness. We run into number of issues in just one night stay. Staff are rushing to get a result even though the result is bad or very undesirable. Public facility are good. Room facility is horrible for the level of the hotel. Only single size quilt provided without quilt cover, for double bed. When we asked for double size quilt with cover, we were told the hotel has none and it's standard. Then we asked to give us another single size quilt, they said yes. When they delivered, it was a double size quilt (without cover). We were just told the quilt are washed after each guest so they clean. However, it didn't feel so. And for the hotel of this level, feel extremely cheap and low to provide this and answer in such a way. The power goes off randomly and quite a lot of time. Once it took a while to come back. Other times, it comes back in about 5 secs. Especially at night, this feels very spooky and worrying. WiFi didn't work most of the time. Just like the power and quilt, we were told this is how it is in this hotel by the staff. Sound proof of the walls are horrible. Anyone next door open/close the door, you can hear. They talk, you can hear in you room vaguely, enough to disturb. If next door turn the TV on, you can hear almost all of it (not turn on laud, just normal). Only the main door lock for entry door works, which can be opened from outside with card. The door locks from inside doesn't work. There are two inside lock, both don't work. We called the staff. They couldn't fix any on the night, nor did they offer to change to another room. With all the other problems above, we really feel unsafe to sleep at night. We put our large luggage to the door to block it. Plus, we have been on road trip so been staying at other hotels before and after.

Passable

Everything was great, and the room view was magnificent. All facilities are clean. The breakfast was varied. Also, you need to check the spa, I did a classic package, and you definitely need to try it. Finally the price is very suitable to everyone. The employees need to be more welcoming.

The hotel itself located in a wonderful place, room sea views are just incredible. Every member of staff is very helpful and polite. I didn’t feel comfortable in our first room and asked reception to change it, there was no problem to sort out this situation in a minute for what we are very thankful as it made our stay more bright full . Restaurant service and food was on high level, manager and all employees were always attentive. We didn’t had chance to swim in the pool but it was really clean and having a beautiful view. Overall we had a very satisfying stay. From minuses: The hotel seems new, but bath rooms were renovated in a very low quality way. Doors were in a horrible condition, shower was not working properly so you need to have a hassle while you are taking it, after the floor is wet which brings some discomfort.

The view is great and clean rooms Staff is very unhelpful, often rude They mentioned that the pool would be heated, it was not. Upon asking they said I don’t know, pls complaint to reception So despite booking the property for the pool experience we couldn’t get into it cause it was super cold water

Bedroom was great- view was absolutely stunning. Very peaceful location. But the best thing was the staff who could not do enough. I’ve made a lifelong friend in a real hour of need! There was nothing I didn’t like

Everyone was really accommodating and super helpful. Ece from guest relations helped us with everything and made sure we were always completely comfortable. I would definitely come back when I am in the area Nothing

I loved the location, the food and the staff. The showers were not great. The taps would turn off randomly every other minute.

The staff were really welcoming and friendly,. Always asking me if I was ok, or needed anything.. being a solo traveler I was made to feel very welcome all the time. Nothing it was perfect.

Super location, stuff very friendly!

It was amazing time in Ramada hotel. Hotel is beautiful, view is awesome. Almost every night was some shows, like belly dance. People with higher level of culture, not noise, not too much alcohol, perfect for nice relax. Staff is very nice especially I want to say thank you for Ece-quest relation and Iram-receptionist. They was very nice and very helpful ? I wanna back to Ramada hotel next year as it's amazing place. Internet could be quicker, shower pressure

The apartment was spacious with a great view but the hotel is on top of a hill with limited shuttle bus service to the main shopping / eating centre. It cost a lot in taxis to go to and from the hotel. Wifi was also patchy. No blankets either. If food prices weren’t so high at the hotel you would be more inclined to eat thete
