Ata Lagoon Beach

Everything about this wonderful hotel met and exceeded my expectation.

Very good

The receptionist when we arrived didn't speak English，so the staff didn’t ask us check in and took us to the room directly. the economy room suite is in the basement. The Front desk staff gives us a room which is quite different from the official picture. The suite includes bathroom is narrow, small and poor light. If you shower too late, you won't have hot water. Apart from the great location, great scenery and swimming pool, there is nothing else to recommend.

The pool area, the layout of the property. The food and the staff and especially Cem he was amazing throughout my stay. Made the best cocktails and was so helpful with everything. The room was very small and I booked a double but received two single beds pushed together. They did offer me a room the next day but it’s a little too late then.

Staff members made our stay very comfortable and we will surely come back again. Room was nice. bed comfortable. We are not the ones to complain, but we were not happy with the first room we got, since small balcony and poor view. We complained and got the better room after two days.

Very good

I only liked the staff and location. Room was very small, literally no space for luggages. It was also dirty, same as a towels. I would recommend the hotel to change they towels, cause they not new anymore.

Nice pool area and good location in walking distance from beach and town centre. Rooms were small and did not feel nearly as good as the photos suggest. One of our 2 rooms was dirty and smelt of mold and the door did not lock and had a broken handle.

Good location, good breakfast, beautiful garden and pool area Water from the sink was coming on the floor of the bathroom, all flooded. In the morning there was no hot water in the shower. No proper blankets even in october when night is cold. Very noisy like there is no soundproof at all.

Blanket and bed is not conducive for sleeping. The noise from other rooms can be heard in our room. Bathroom doesn’t have exhaust

Wi-Fi is absolutely terrible and there was a sewer smell in the bathroom

Room 604 is private enough. Our roomkeeper (cleaning lady) was very nice. Beach is close to hotel. Internet is very bad. Almost unusable, and only in restaurant which is anoying. But biggest minus is breakfast. Same every day, no sausages or pancakes, bread could be better.

Excellent location and lovely swimming pool. The room was basic but comfortable and the balcony was lovely. Breakfast selection was a little basic although nice.

Very close to the beach, location has parking place, it’s own pool, nice breakfast The drain in shower is not clear, so after taking shower all the water stays on the floor of the bathroom . The bathroom at all needs renovation. Towels was very old, with a lot of scratches
