I hope this review saves others from wasting money on a stay at Villa Beldeniz. DO NOT book Villa Beldeniz if you want a quiet break or want to feel safe leaving your items unattended in your room. I spent £978 for 11 nights & bitterly regretted my decision from the first night. Pricing… Considering there are other hotels in the vicinity that charge considerably less, there was absolutely nothing about this hotel that justified their pricing. Based on previous experience of other hotels in the area Villa Beldeniz should have been charging far less than others in the area. Quiet stay? If you’re looking for somewhere you can relax, unwind, read a book, have a nap in the daytime, or sleep at night, this is not the hotel for you. Every night for the entire duration of my stay, music was blasted from the bar until gone midnight. Every day I had to complain, both at reception & via the booking.com app, & every day I was told the music would stop at midnight, yet it never did. Music would be turned on at breakfast time & get progressively louder throughout the day meaning quiet time in your room or by the pool was impossible. - I never once sat by the pool or on my balcony due to the constant loud music. - If I went to my room during the daytime to try & relax, I had to keep the door to the balcony closed to keep out the incessant thumping of music. With the door closed, the music was still more than loud in my room, especially in the evening & nighttime. - In the evenings the music from the bar was on a par with the music blasted out in the party areas of Oludeniz. - An example as to how loud the music was in my room from the bar area, I tried to watch videos on my phone. With my phones volume turned up to full, I still couldn’t hear the video over the noise from the bar. - On my last night, there was excessively drunk people in the bar, shouting & making excessive noise until gone 2.20am. - On the morning I checked out of the hotel, I found 2 other guests at reception complaining about the noise the previous night. That was their first night staying at the hotel & were due to be there for two weeks. I spoke to the Jet2 rep. As I spoke to him, another guest came over & confirmed everything I said. She was angry & frustrated too. - I specifically booked a room overlooking the pool area, with a sunny balcony so I could feel relaxed & watch the paragliders in the air. Sadly when in my room I had to keep the balcony door closed, day & night. Neighbouring Hotels - Guests staying at neighbouring hotels, some of which had their rooms also overlooking our pool & bar area also had to endure the constant noise being blasted from our bar area. Want to leave your valuables in your room & feel confident they’re safe? - Ironically Villa Beldeniz provides you with a ‘do not disturb’ door tag yet, ignores it. - I came back from breakfast one morning to find the guy who works on reception & bar on my balcony. I asked him what he thought he was doing, showing him the tag on my door. He laughed & told me that was for the ‘women’, I.e. cleaners. I made it very clear, it applies to everyone. I repeatedly told him to get out of my room, eventually having to raise my voice. As he left, he was smirking. - I believe my room was entered several times during my stay, but was unable to evidence this. - My personal & valuable items were in my room. Moving forwards, I felt items were unsafe. The safe in your room - To use the safe in your room you must hire the key for £30 per week. Rip off! If this information was provided in advance, people wouldn’t book with them on this point alone. - Staff have spare keys for your room & safe & have proven they will enter your room regardless of the do not disturb tag. Are items really safe in your room? - Spare keys for rooms are kept in an unlocked drawer behind reception.

Nice location and two guys from reception were pleasant. That is it. Very bad clining, even at the breakfast all dishes were dirty from back site. It is time to become better.

The swimming pool was phenomenal. The location to the main street and beach was very good. The staff were unfriendly The rooms were not very clean, under the bed was filthy, as well as in the corners behind the chair. (only surface cleaning)

Very good
-
Location is perfect, 3 mins walk to the beach and bars but on a quite tiny street. The room was a standard and pretty “tired”.
-
Very good stay! Basic amenities but well priced, clean and great location

The hotel was in a great location just a short walk from the centre of Oludeniz and the beach. The rooms were clean, spacious and perfect for what I was looking for. It was much better than expected for the price I paid during a busy period! The pool was also really nice, and usually very quiet so you could always get a sunbed. It was a little nosy at times, I was woken up one morning by incredibly loud drilling. The beds were comfy enough but a little hard if you usually like a soft bed. I can’t really fault much else, especially for the price!

The pool and bar area are probably the best things about this hotel. Very beautiful pool area to hang out. Looks better then the pics! The night staff were lovely. Location is good. One of the staff bothered me about asking for my Instagram and number. As a female solo traveler I would prefer if I didn’t get bothered like that. Told them I was vegan before arriving for my breakfast included and they didn’t seem to cater for me. I would suggest adding a vegan milk like soy or oat for people who can’t drink cows milk.

Nice and pretty fresh hotel with proper size room and balcony. Bed comfortable. In the room fridge and AC. In the hotel nice surrounding, big pool, beautiful bar terrace. Breakfast is variable. Not far from the beach. Lack of parking space. Basically that is all.

We booked a rental car last minute and they had parking for us right outside property. The room was decent. Had aircon and a small outdoor area. There was a small fridge which was great to store water. Room service daily. Heaps of choices for breakfast. Pool was nice during the day. A very quiet spot considering the area is extremely busy. Wifi was extremely weak.

Spotlessly clean
-
- short distance to everything - comfy room - ants in the room and bathroom - poor wifi connection in the room (ground floor)

Excellent location, comfortable beds, daily cleaning, very tasty and hearty breakfast, quick and early check-in, silence. Very week wi-fi. For several days was the notice from the generator, as it was very hot and because of the interrupted energy it was turned on, but then it was turned off and it became quiet again.

nothing, it doesn’t exist. this hotel does not exist, nobody knows about it in town. even the number listed on this listing has no idea whatsoever. save your money and your time, it’s a scam. luckily i had planned to pay on the spot but it was such a bore to have to look for another hotel on the whim on a hot summer day with all the luggages from bus station.
