Everything was good, clean, and well maintained. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Proximity to the beach and commodities is great. The meals with good meat were limited.Everything else was good.

Location is good Not a family hotel specially if you have a baby with stroller, no elevators or electric escalator. No parking for the hotel, rooms are very small, food is not good at all.

Lovely pool & sunbeds Very clean Nice, helpful staff Centrally located The NOISE in the evening from the hotel entertainment was very loud & until 1am - the manager did get it turned down a little. The FOOD was AVERAGE, edible but not really tasty so you wouldn’t be going back the next evening. Concentrate on a few tasty local dishes. Quality not quantity. Small rooms The gym equipment is poor quality like it was bought on Wish.

We had a good time here, exceptional location, close to the beach. The lunch buffet was always pretty nice. And the pools were lovely, it was clean and well taken care of throughout the hotel, lots of sunbeds etc. Pretty generous mini fridge and refilled daily. We also paid for the Turkish hammam experience including sauna, body scrub, and a massage. Absolutely loved this, very relaxing and a good price. The breakfast was always the worst meal of the all inclusive package, not the best selection and a lot of overcooked food. The cocktails weren’t super nice, very sweet bottled stuff, and we weren’t huge fans of the entertainment.

Very well layed out. Pool area was fantastic for meeting people. It was well situated in the town, close to the beach, shops, bars. Food was delicious.

Amazingly beautiful place in a perfect location. Right next to the shops, easy walk to the beach, great and friendly staff. Good food. We loved everything about it. Nothing to complain about.

The food however was exceptional, lots of variety everyday. It's also walking distance from a nice beach.

Overall good facilities but a little cramped for the number of guests particularly around the pool. Restaurant and food were really excellent for an all inclusive resort. The constant noise from the hotel entertainment from morning to midnight. This was further amplified by the raging noise from nearby bars which went on until post 3am every night. This is ruining Olu Deniz as a nice chilled resort and is killing this hotel. While the hotel can’t do much about this, they could try double glazing and at least warning guests. All inclusive drinks were limited, inconsistent and low quality. Consider a premium drinks package rather than individually priced premium drinks.

The complex was very nice, pretty gardens and well maintained Rooms small but very comfortable and clean, balcony very small All inclusive- plenty of choice but repetitive. Drinks poor Location. So so noisy with loud music from the bars and strip. Kept us awake. On our last day another guest said 11 new arrivals had requested to change rooms to somewhere quieter- there are no really quiet rooms The usual nonsense of having to get up at a stupid hour to get a sun bed- towels left on beds unattended for hours. Would be nice if the hotel had a stricter dress code for dinner- certainly no vest tops and caps for men allowed
