Only complaint was parking. They share with the hotel next door and so you can use either when you pay. They didn’t have enough for the weekend when we stayed, the other two nights were fine, but we ended up parking everywhere in the lot. However, the front desk woman had waved one night of the parking and everyone was so accommodating. I will absolutely be staying here again!

Breakfast good lots of variety only thing they need to improve in is the paid parking u should be assigned a spot they sold way to many people were parking in the rocks on top of the curb on the sidewalks Etc.I feel if you’re paying 15 dollars a day u should be guaranteed a spot otherwise Everything was good

I liked the location and the space of the breakfast area. Having to pay to park there. Seems like they could have just included this into the stay and make it feel less of a charge.

Breakfast was absolutely amazing, we stayed three nights and each day had different meats. The cheese omelets were delicious and fluffy, the meats were well cooked with great flavor, the waffle bar was organized and yummy. I would request they add oat or almond milk creamer options for allergies to the coffee bar. My kids enjoyed the pool. The staff was so kind and welcoming. The room was not as clean as we would have liked, there were hairs that were not ours on the bed, items left from previous tenants under the chair, and hair in the bathtub. I hope the sheets had been changed but I don’t know for sure, but am pretty sure the bathroom especially the tub had not been cleaned. The rest of the hotel was clean and well maintained.

Room was a good size. Very clean. Good breakfast. Mattress was hard. Very noisy outside (downtown). Bathroom faucet needed replacing.

Due to construction work by the City of Omaha, several cylindrical holes, each about 8 inches in diameter, were left in the sidewalk next to the hotel. These holes were neither marked nor cordoned off. My grandson and I were walking back to the Hampton Inn around 8 PM on August 4th when my 12-year-old grandson stepped into one of the holes, sinking about a foot deep. He screamed in pain and quickly pulled his foot out, his shin already red, swollen, and blistered. With the help of kind passersby, we carried him back to the hotel lobby. The hotel manager immediately provided first aid and comforted us, helping us calm down. He then provided a medical facility so we could find a doctor to examine our child in this unfamiliar place. I am very grateful to the manager on duty that day, although I have forgotten his name. I am also very grateful to the Hampton Inn for having established standard operating procedures for such incidents, prioritizing the service of its guests.

The hotel itself is great Paying for parking at the hotel with not enough parking and having to park 2 blocks away and pay for that as well

Disappointing
-
The parking is terrible and the pool wasn’t even in service and we booked for the pool and for some reason my booking wasn’t even under my name but on expidida my information was right
-
Decent stay overall, but nothing that stood out. The front desk was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about things to do. Otherwise, the room was pretty dated. Really just a bed to sleep in.

Close to Old Market and airport Elevators were not functioning properly
