Homeless guy eating continental breakfast at the island. Guy offers my daughter popcorn in lobby and sat there for 3 hours. Not very safe

Great big room and staff helpful

Hotel was excellent. Staff was super helpful. Parking was a pain but staff was willing to work with us. Overall it was a great experience.

This was my 2nd time staying at this hotel and will definitely not be my last!

Great place, clean and spacious

Bucket in front of door from leaking sealing. Room had water spots on ceiling spreading after rain.

Breakfast was great and everything was very clean!

Great stay. It was a hard night for the staff due to a shut down in the computer sytem to keep the door scan working, but they kept everybody happy and worked very hard to keep it smoothly running.

Our stay was for 2 nights, and the Staff was very helpful with any of our questions.

The whole system was down so they had to escort us to our rooms to let us in we also had to check in by signing paper with our info on it the toilet was broke and had to be addressed no discounts were offered for these inconveniences overall this was not a pleasant experience at all

Won’t go again

Our experience was disappointing from start to finish. The staff was rude during check-in, and their system was down, so we had to wait about 30 minutes before they were finally able to check us in. Once we got to our room, the Wi-Fi didn't work. Breakfast was also a mess, and the employee working the breakfast area was rude as well. Overall, it was a very frustrating stay and not an experience I would recommend.

The room itself was great. We stayed in the two room suite. It was spacious and had everything we needed. The only reason this did not get a 5 star rating was due to the front desk. There was no one there to check us in. We waited about 20 minutes before anyone helped us. Another thing that was not a huge deal but was noticeable was the promo of using Hilton honors account. Others got to spin a wheel for a discount/extra points/parking discount. My honors was verified but I did not get to spin. A little weird but not a huge deal. I would stay here again.

The room was spacious and the breakfast was very good.

Staff was very friendly at the front desk. My handicapped room was very spacious easy for me to move around in my wheelchair. Nice view from my window I could see Baseball stadium for the college world series. Only not great was train and traffic noise all nice long.

Now the breakfast they go above from other hotels . It’s was 5+ for the breakfast hot meals
