Holiday Inn Express & Suites Omaha Downtown - Old Market by IHG

Room was clean and staff was helpful for our stay during the College World Series. The construction surrounding the hotel is not ideal.

This HIE was a great place to stay for the College World Series. It is close enough to the stadium area, yet rates weren't nearly as predatory as those adjacent to the field. The staff was wonderful. The facility is new, so rooms were fresh and very clean. My only gripe was parking was tight and rates were inflated during the event. I would stay here again when visiting Omaha.

Stayed for college world series not as close as indicated to schwab field. Definitely not walkable due to road construction and highways good location for short drive though. Hotel and staff are great-especially Diamond. Clean, nicely decorated and good breakfast choices. Price reasonable for downtown Would definitely stay again

The location was good. Breakfast was good. Staff was on top of it.

Right downtown and rides to and from airport. Staff was very helpful and pleasant. Temporary construction on road out front.

They had given away my reservation of a 2 Queen bed room & gave me a 1 Queen bed room - for 3 people!!! Then proceeded to tell me they were completely booked & I could take what they had or go find another hotel. The parking lot spaces were so narrow you could barely get out of your car. Whole experience was awful!!!

Nothing to complain about. As a suggestion, people use the recycling bin to dump their trash from breakfast. I recommend moving a dedicated recyling bin into a different area in the lobby

Only issue was the construction

Clean, every one was friendly , breakfast was good There was construction all around town and this hotel is on a way street making it hard to get to with construction

Location to the airport was on point! The staff was incredible. They really went the extra mile and made our stay awesome! Bless it! There in construction every where in Omaha!!

I lost almost $300. Changing to another holiday inn a few blocks away. I will never use booking.com or stay at a holiday inn ever again

My favorite stop in Chicago!

No wash clothes and only 3 towels Having to pay for parking and still get a notice on car saying we didn't pay. Very disappointed. 30.00

The room was clean. We had two rooms and they put us on two different floors. We requested to be together and they wouldn’t change it. Paying for parking was not appreciated. Lots of construction going on so hard to get to. Breakfast was good and coffee was great!!

Not much Parking fees, construction work at 7:00 a.m. right outside the room. Eggs half covered in water for breakfast. No cups in the room. There’s a lot that wasn’t good here.

I didn't like anything. We were overcharged for one night when we booked for 2 nights. This 3 star hotel charged us $288 for one night even though when we switched hotels and booked a 4 star in downtown Omaha it was only $180. It puts Holiday Inn to shame. Holiday Inn said it was Booking.com's fault and a booking.com rep said it's Holiday Inn's fault. Whoever's fault it is doesn't matter because we are out money and we plan to pursue this with the BBB and never stay at a Holiday Inn again. And booking.com is dead to me. I will never use them again and delete the app. The Embassy Suite Hilton we stayed at the second night was beautiful and we booked it direct as we will in the future. I didn't like that they overcharged us double for one night ir that the lobby smelled like wet dog. The staff was rude and unhelpful. Worst experience that I can remember in a long time.
