The staff was fantastic, the room was clean and well appointed. My only complaint was very low water pressure in the shower. Would absolutely stay again.

And the hotel has a gem in Sam, who made sure my check-in was smooth, and was top-notch in the restaurat! Just the right mix of professionalism, kindness, attentiveness - really made me feel welcome! Kudos to Sam! Would highly reccommend this hotel to anyone in the Omaha area!

Great place for a weekend getaway!

The hotel was clean and enjoyable. It is a unique place to stay with some of the historic elements woven into the modern amenities. It is in a great location, plenty of parking but only a short walk from historic downtown and the riverside parks.

Staff were exceptional making us feel welcome, comfortable and informed.

This hotel has some great things going for it, but it feels like it's being a bit mismanaged. The building is nice and charming. The room was well laid out, clean, and spacious. The staff was friendly and helpful, but not very professional in how they engage with guests. At check-in, the gentleman greeted me with "hey man, whatsup?" There are places where the cleaners are cutting corners—the walls were sticky in the elevator, for example. Overall, a good stay, but I feel like if they don't maintain a high standard, in a few years it will get worse and worse.

Staff… Food… Amenities… Location… Everything Regarding The Magnolia Omaha Is FANTASTIC!!!!!!! 💯💯💯

This was our second stay at The Magnolia, & probably our last. The rooms are fine, pretty overpriced for what you get. This time we were given a room missing the chain lock & the bathroom was tiny, with a very low to the ground toilet. Our room wasn’t tidied once in the 3 nights we stayed. Also, there’s the constant sound of police sirens up & down the street all night long.

Our stay overall met our needs but for the price we paid and the standard that the hotel is marketed at we were overall disappointed. Convenient location and easy parking that you can pay for. The sink water smelt of rotten eggs and they have no drinking water other than 7$ 20 oz bottles. Also, water pressure was awful but I am presuming that could be due to the age of the building. The bed was SO comfort and everything was overall clean. Most staff were okay but for being marketed as a boutique hotel it overall did not meet my standards.
