Everything was great

Great stay.

Received bug bites all over my arms and neck after staying here and tried to contact management for 5 days with no response each time. Also gnats all over the bathroom shower.

What a cool hotel with such character! It is honestly the best smelling hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The front desk was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend staying!

It was a great location for the college World Series. We enjoyed our stay.
-
Not a family hotel.
-
We stayed here because we went to a show at Orpheum. Private parking lot and so much offered in walking distance.
-
The hotel is beautiful. My only complaint is that there isnt enough light in the bathroom.

The place was gorgeous and cozy and clean and a short walk to the best steakhouse we have ever eaten at.

Helpful staff room was nice and pretty clean.

There was only one person on staff. He was very helpful, but clearly could’ve used some help. The room was spacious, but it was so noisy. There was some air air-conditioning unit that was going on and off all night. The location is a little weird. There’s not much around there plus all the streets are torn up in downtown Omaha. I wouldn’t stay in that area again until all the construction was completed.

Staff were very friendly. The weekday early evening front desk clerk who checked us in would wave everytime we came in. Hannah the bartender was great. Every meal we had in the restaurant was good but esp breakfast. Id recommend the Farmers bowl.

Very close to The Orpheum and very comfortable beds!!

i was very disappointed in our check in. they advertised a 17 minute walk to the ball field. upon check-in i asked for a map showing us a walking route. the man at the desk said “ it’s about a 27 minute walk, traced a line on a map and said it’s in this general direction”. i asked about the numerous construction sites and road closures in the areas. he said they have been going on about a year. my concern was that the map would require adjustments due to closures and sidewalks being closed. i was told that gives you the general direction you will need to adjust. i told him i felt they misrepresented the actual walk in an attempt to bait people into staying there instead of closer to ballpark as there were many other options i would have booked if the truth had been known at the time of booking. i have asked for an adjustment to our overall bill due to the above and need to pay additional fees to park closer etc. to this date i have not received a response. i expected better customer service for the quality of facility they advertised. Buyer beware!

Spectacular hotel!! Made our trip exceptional! Would definitely stay here if we ever go back! Great easy walk to lots of restaurants as well!

The room that I had, had mold in the shower. The shears that covered the windows were torn though it was hard to see. The hallway from my room to the elevator had a coffee spill that was there for 3 days. The bar drink I ordered was quite expensive but didn’t have alcohol in it. Not the experience I wanted but everything was full due to the baseball tournament. Just about a 4 on a scale of 1-10.

Location was good. Also, the restaurant located in the same building, although not part of the hotel , was very good (great waitress serving breakfast)

This is a lovely hotel in an interesting old building that’s been repurposed and reinvigorated. So many of the original architectural touches remain, lending the place tons of character. It’s really quite charming. Staff were helpful, and the restaurant/bar was quite nice. The location is also terrific… very close to the Old Market District. And it’s so reasonably priced!

Room was large, and clean. Front desk person was very nice and helpful. Bar downstairs was nice and served us even though it was real close to closing. Nothing
