Hyatt Place Omaha Downtown Old Market

No air

The room was clean except for the bathroom had like green splotches on the wall so that was kind of weird. We also didn’t have a microwave in the room which was kind of inconvenient but not the biggest deal. Its kind of an older hotel, the staff was nice and the location was nice but it definitely needed some updating and better cleaning.

Love the cobblestone roads & sidewalks! The staff at the hotel were friendly, helpful & had great senses of humor! Our room was clean & comfortable (our window view wasn't impressive - parking area, dumpsters & homeless people). Disappointed there's no hottub. But overall a nice hotel!

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Only thing at all negative was that there are only two elevators and I was on the 9th floor. Sometimes the elevator waits were really long.

The rooms were clean and quiet!

Very close to the historic market area. Very walkable to the area. A little pricey to still have to pay for parking. The breakfast selection was good. All in all was a good experience. Would stay again.

Everything about this was excellent

They hosted one of the participants to the Men's College World Series. So, they were extremely busy. However, the staff did a good job to ensure that everyone was taken care of even if you weren't part of the MCWS contingency.

Kids loved the pool, the room was spacious enough for our family of 6, beds were comfortable No free parking for guests, the view out of our window was disturbing (dungeon of the damned), noisy nights because it’s downtown, breakfast was not good, but have seen worse

Staff was great. There was a mixup with some of my groups rooms and once they confirmed our names, they got everything sorted quickly.

The property was atrocious because of the racist staff The rude and racist staff were terrible

Location great for old market and museum visits. The mens restroom in the lobby area after breakfast was not working. Both urinal and toilets are not flushed. Went to the counter and told staff. It had already been informed. Too bad someone didn't go place sign on door not working before going in to find the problem .

We got the property for the pool for the kids. You couldn't hear in there because there were about 10 teenage boys in there who were screaming and stealing a ball from 3 girls. The girls parent went to the front desk who sent a worker back there. He said something to one of the boys then left. Didn't solve anything so we left the pool.
