Really nice front desk person greeted us and helped us right away. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and we had a great nights sleep. Breakfast was good and again staff was nice. I would recommend!

La coladera de la tina de baño de la habitacion 937 estaba averiada, por lo que el agua se quedo estancada y no pudimos seguir utilizando la ducha.

The overall experience was fine and I would probably stay there again. Just need some oversite and maintenance in the areas mentioned.

I found the homeless laying on the sidewalk out front disturbing, but other than that it was fine.

We came to the city to explore and visit family so we picked this hotel with it being in the center of the Old Market. Having the parking garage was nice so we didnt have to find any street parking. The common areas were clean and the staff was always friendly and welcoming. We had specifically booked a mobility accessible room and although there was lower beds and a larger bathroom, there was a couple of things missing. Normally when we have a mobility accessible room there is a bar next to the toilet, a seat in the tub, and a shower head that can be reached at a lower level. These 3 things were missing from the bathroom and made it difficult for my teenager to transfer herself and bathe herself as shes wheelchair bound. Our TV and phone didnt work upon arrival but they had someone come and fix that right away. The maintenence man that helped was friendly and quick with his work. The breakfast was nothing special but it is nice as the free option. The area is great with many shops and restaurants.

For the price of the stay I wish the hotel was a little nicer. Towels and beds don't get made or replaced until the 3rd day. It was just "ok"

Nice location I Complaint Regarding Misleading Property Information and Additional Charges I am making a formal complaint regarding our recent stay. The property description and photos on Booking.com were misleading and did not accurately represent what we were paying for. We specifically paid an additional $50 for a room with a bathtub. When we arrived, we were told that a bathtub was not available. The hotel blamed Booking.com for the incorrect advertisement and refused to take any responsibility, despite us having paid specifically for this feature. We therefore paid $50 for something we did not receive. There were also issues with the information provided by reception. We were not told what time breakfast was served. When we went down at approximately 6:30 AM the following morning, breakfast was not ready, leaving us unable to use the breakfast service as expected. Additionally, the property placed an extra $50 holding charge on our credit card without informing us beforehand. We only discovered the charge after seeing the money deducted from our bank account. When we questioned the property, we were then told that it was a credit card holding fee. This should have been clearly explained to us before the charge was placed. Overall, we feel that the property failed to provide accurate information, failed to deliver what we paid for, and did not properly communicate additional charges or basic information about the stay. We are requesting a refund of the $50 paid for the bathtub that was not provided, and we would also like Booking.com to investigate the misleading listing, the undisclosed holding charge, and the poor communication from the property.
