Easy to get around. Great lobby area.

Staff was wonderful helping to enhance my parents’ 50th wedding anniversary celebration.

Breakfast omlet station was great as usual and the evening reception was good. Staff was wonderful. Our room was showing a little wear and tear (specific example is a rip in the couch cushion) but the benefits outweigh these this so we will continue to stay here.

Pool is really small an cloudy room smelled musty

Great location. The downside was the fact that the person checking me in never told me that there was a package waiting for me. That package was a set of tickets, so I ended up having to buy more tickets to the event instead of using the ones that were dropped off for me.

The front desk staff was great, very accommodating. The free breakfast and nightly happy hour were a huge perk that our kids loved! Great experience overall, but a little sad there wasn't a hot tub.

The first room we were assigned smelled like smoke. Having 3 children with us we asked for a room change. The new room had a bit of a musky smell. We brought this to the attention of staff and they said all rooms had this due to the proximity to the water. Otherwise, the stay was great as housekeepers were good and the complimentary breakfast was top notch.

Always love staying here with the happy hour & breakfast. So convenient to everything. The whole staff is amazing & so polite. Having a room next to the elevator is very noisy. Next time I will ask for a different room. Otherwise the rooms are wonderful!

The only problem was with the valet. They couldn’t get the link to send to me so I had to wait for the car every time, and still had to pay full price.

It’s a great hotel and location the amenities make it worth the value even on short notice.

Our stay made a very memorable trip. My kids felt very special on the property. Thank you for being a part of memories that will last a lifetime!

Location was perfect but the room smelled awful.

There was black mold in the shower area ceiling, both TV remotes had dead batteries, and the furniture was dingy. Not up to standards for Embassy Suites.

Great location, very nice spacious rooms. Breakfast and happy hour were great. Pool was a little small and got crowded, but that is expected with a large hotel.

I have never been to a property were the complimentary breakfast was so delicious, and the evening snacks & drinks? What a topper. Our stay was excellent and we’re looking forward to our next adventure and stay at embassy hotel by Hilton. Thank you so much.
