Perfect hotel will all facilities

Our stay was too short! It was rainy when we were there, but it didn't matter we had a fantastic time! There really isn't anything to dislike.
-
They were very accommodating. We were moved to a room with a city view that was wonderful!
-
Immaculate and luxurious Nothing

The views were breath taking, the room was so cute, staff were helpful. Loved the entire experience. It rained, which the hotel cannot control but it does hamper the view.

This hotel was on a mountain top overlooking the city and the beautiful river. Couldn’t have asked for a better location. The weather didn’t cooperate but oh well! Only a minor thing here. With such a luxurious hotel.I was hoping that the towels in the bathroom would be plush, but they weren’t.

The staff, management, rooms are filthy, rude crowds, don't stay here just visit the to see the view and eat something This place is a "moneygrab"

Everything was good but the bed was not comfort.
-
Unfortunately the mountain tram is closed for maintenance in March so we could not use it to get to the city. Arrive by car is the best way there.

Location is amazing. Our room wasn’t ready and was really cold. They had to add heaters..

Nice, clean room. Friendly staff. Pay for the parking, Really?

An older man at the reception. The ladies were wonderful especially Tatiana. The service at the Bergstube & the awesome breakfast buffet was excellent. And you cannot beat the location! ❤️

The location. The view is outstanding. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable Nothing

The location is far from center but amazing as well since its on a hill with a nice view of all heidelberg. Heidelberg is reachable by bus in 30 min or funicular in 15 min. The staff is nice, the restaurant and breakfast were great! - the plates on breakfast were not all clear - the checkout day someone opened the door to our room twice while it was 10 am without knocking! - we mentioned we were on honeymoon and nothing was offered not even a small gesture
-
Check in was smooth & the staff were accommodating and helpful!
-
Overpriced Far from the city and inconvenient particularly if the weather is bad. We paid extra for the view but there was no view due to rain,

Gorgeous hotel in a beautiful location. Room was clean with a fantastic view of the city. Access to the funicular made for convenient travel down to old town. Great restaurant.
