The pool gets crowded with outside “pool club members”, it is not just for hotel guests. This makes it almost impossible to find a lounge chair by the pool as they are all reserved.

Access to the room was via code in an email, which I found more convenient to use than a standard key. Room was clean, nice and comfortable. There was a very nice breakfast served and some free snacks and drinks. The layout and property are nice as well.

Disappointing

This was supposed to be a high-end hotel, but it wasn’t. The prices are high, and the quality is low. The window blinds didn't work and needed to be replaced; the clock didn't work; and the sliding bathroom door wouldn't shut all the way, as if it were off the rails. Plus, we paid an extra $25 for an additional person, reserving for three, but they only supplied one washcloth and 1 hand towel. In addition, one of the valet staff got mud all over the inside of my car on the driver's side. Not impressed!

Everything was great. Staff at the pool were great and attentive.

Ultimately a nice experience - but wouldn’t come back for the price point.

And left everything except I wish there was a coffee pot in the room

Great location, staff and amenities are nice, bonus is the outdoor pool! The coffee shop in the hotel was great and the overall vibe is very luxury. I know it’s not the properties fault but we had a ton of kids and loud people on our floor. Kids were running and screaming through the hallways. They did send someone to check on it but it had stopped by the time they got there. I also didn’t appreciate the pool staff having “reserved” seats and telling us we couldn’t sit somewhere when we paid over 1K to stay there. I should be able to sit where I want. The pool bar is also highly overpriced.

Location was exactly what we were looking for. The pool and spa were nice. The pool bar was very accommodating and the wait staff very attentive to customers. The room was well appointed, comfortable bed and clean areas. I understand due to location parking cost but would be nice if there was lower cost or discount for parking if you were staying there as the self park lot was open to the public so couldn't guarantee parking spot ideal for car. Long line to check in.

Very clean and staff was kind and helpful. Luke and Jackson were both fabulous at the pool bar.

The bed was hard as a Rock. and I'm not sure they are washing the bedspreads because they smelled.

The stay was unpleasant. The initial reception who checked us in was pretty short with us. We waited for 2hours to check in the room and we had had a long drive from out of town. No apologies no acknowledgment, all she said was your room is not ready and you picked a very specific room. we arrived around 3.20 pm and we didn’t get checked in until after 5 pm. People came in way after us and were checked in instantly but we waited for almost 2hours. The initial reception that received us was pretty rude but the rest were better. They all seemed pretty overwhelmed. A guy receptionist was very helpful and even offered to hold our luggage while we waiting.

The room on the 2nd day was never cleaned or trash taken out. Towels were left dirty and wet. We used the towels because that’s all we had. Carpet not cleaned or beds made. Would not stay at this hotel. The staff at the hotel was extremely kind and the parking attendants very helpfu but room never cleaned however

Watch out for early check in fees! The pool area was not clean, however the pool was fine! No ironing board or iron, just a small hand held steam devise! No ice machines, only an ice draw which was empty both days we stayed there. Need to uber to any shopping or resturants!! A lot of money for just an OK hotel!!

The interior restaurant and bar were very nice. Breakfast was good … slow service however. Room was clean and nicely appointed.

Shades room broken, non repairable, Sent to another with ants in the bathroom. Ended my stay early, I would strongly suggest another hotel.
