Super 8 by Wyndham Omaha I-80 West

Bed was okay, located near freeway. Free parking, coffee was good. NO FREE BREAKFAST after Booking said it was included.

The location On the app it says breakfast is included and there is no breakfast. Yes there is coffee but no cream or sugar

The room was just okay. With no breakfast or anything else to set it apart from similarly priced hotels in the area I would not choose it again

Nothing at all. Racist comments 2 guests and I overheard night manager make.

Where do I start, the no smoking hotel room smelled like smoke so they moved is up one floor. That room had hair in one of the beds, and trash in the closet and on the floor The morning staff was rude and refused to give his name

The bed was soft and no bedbugs Room was dirty dammage hairs all over the place the entertainment center was rotting away there was something I couldn't Identify on the walls the door had to be rammed to open tile in the bathroom was broken low water pressure

I have stayed here before, seen the roaches but maybe it was a one time issue, nope. Plus more. There was what appeared to be dry blood on the door I cleaned it off myself, i found a dirty hat behind the bed(not pushed up all the way to the wall) and there was a roach that caught me off guard on the night stand. I was ready to go!

Coworker had roaches in his room. They didn't clean uo thr room when I spotted the tub very dirty. The mini refrigerator didnt close, Hugh lean to front causing the door to open.

Location was perfect with close I80 access. Restaurants and convenient stores nearby. Air conditioner was fantastic. There was NO breakfast as advertised, hotel is in need of an overhaul. Broken windows, shattered glass. There was a physical confrontation in the hallway after midnight between a few woman. Yelling, bouncing off walls.

experience this time around with the different management was the most distasteful yet. I didnt like the guy who checked us in. he gave us a room where the window A/C didn't work. i do not know how many times I mentioned it do heating and A/C for a living and pumped my shirt showing the company name and logo. He got cocky with me and said ypu hear thay you have to wait for compressor. he still wouldn't listen to me. when I said its been set for 72 when I opened the door and its no where close that. so he gets us a different room with an AC but this room has two queens and I had ordered or paid for a one king size suite and I asked him if there's any more he said not for you not for you which was implying that there were some more but not any for me and booking show that there were more racist pig is who this man is.

It was ok. Could offer way more.
