Would not recommend.

The facility had no hot water and limited air conditioning. The TV reception was very unreliable. It was filthy, moldy and musty and no one really seemed to care. All supplies were limited and a very limited breakfast was also poorly handled. Obviously no city or state inspector has visited during this current lease period. Talked to the Manager apon leaving and was told the facility was currently being leased prior to a purchase agreement. Supposedly negotiating corrections and repairs to the facility. Making peoples lives miserable and taking their money, while negotiating repairs is not the way to do business. Currently this facility needs to be shut down while being repaired and made useable as advertised. AVOID THIS LOCATION.

We got to the room we walked in the tv was on and the window wide open there was still trash in bathroom and hair all over

Would never stay here again.

The complementary breakfast selection is poor. The coffee cups they had were not made for hot liquids and eventually will leak. I do not recommend this property.

When we checked in we waited about 10 min to get checked in the guy that helped us was Alfredo and he was the only one working and he was doing it all the maintenance cleaning and checking in all of it he was doing it witch was amazing had nothing but good response and help from him. He would not have need left alone but he was doing very good for what he had to handle. It was clean and the pool was so deep and fun family really enjoyed this place

I checked out of the hotel immediately and want my money back for my week of stay that I was supposed to stay there for. Do not stay here.

We’re washing hands! However the paper towels were out during the whole four day visit. They provided tissues! Horrible to dry hand with! No waffle mix for breakfast. Hard boiled eggs were rubbery and the sausage was cold on the first morning. We were there four days and no room service at all, had to take towels down to get new towels. Had to ask for toilet paper. Telephone and lamp in the room did not work at all. So we had to walk down the hall to a telephone to report no towels and we still didn’t get any. The tub needed to have better caulking. I felt like the staff was rude and indifferent to my complaints as well as the area manager, who had no identification at all. Halls and elevators smelled of THC from time to time. The hall carpets were dated and smelled musty at times. The only ice machine that worked was on the sixth floor, however there was an elevator. I would highly recommend you remove this business from your site as I only booked here because of the wyndham name. Highly disappointed.

Perfect little stay!

It looked like a nice hotel, the room was nice but the a/c didn’t work poperly, someone used duct tape on holes in the wall and never got hot water in the shower even after letting it run for half our.

The room was not clean at all. They hadn’t dusted the furniture on the top & to make it worse inside the drawers haven’t been cleaned out. And the floors were disgusting and sticky & hadn’t been vacuumed in awhile. they never have clean towels available, and they never take out your trash& if you lift up your trash sack in your trashcan, it should be lined with another trashcan liner. Instead, the bottom of the trashcan is horrifying and disgusting. That will make it’ll make your skin crawl. Also the bathroom was disgusting. The floor was gross. I had to scrub it so me and my girls could go to the bathroom in there and shower. The bathroom mirror is broken & there is rust dripping from the shower ceiling and the sink in the bathtub do not have plugs to fill them up with water. We also run out ofrun out of hot water all the time. It’s so gross in the sign for the hotel is about ready to seriously fall over and it’s huge. It’s very unsafe and there’s a glass all over the parking lot and they’re supposed to be ice on the first floor and they don’t have ice on the first flooronly on the sixth, which is a huge inconvenience and the front desk people are extremely rude. The only only one nice guy that works here and they do not care if their Hotel is falling apart in grow still turn around and yell at you instead, it’s horrible big mistake ever coming here.

Hot water was non existent, asked for assistance and received nothing. Im very easy to please a comfortable clean bed and a hot shower. Stayed 4 nights and had 1 hot shower.

2 out of the 4 nights we had no hot water and made us move rooms. Staff proceeded to tell me if I didn't like it I could leave. They then had to inspect my towels each day before we got new, because if they were stained I would be charged. They ran out of breakfast and didn't replenish anything. There was no air conditioning in the lobby. It was definitely a bad experience. The air conditioning in the 2nd room made everything damp and barely cooled the room. Once the Manager returned and I talked to him, he did refund me 2 nights.

What was good about the hotel; location, kind staff, easy check in, clean lobby, clean rooms, no bedbugs. What was not good? No hot water for the rooms above the first floor (“new boiler”), ice machine didn’t work, food left in the microwave, holes punched in the walls, hotel had a wet musty smell and some carpets felt damp, some fridges didn’t work. Police were called to the property two nights in a row. Other than the nice lobby (showing the hotel was once a worthy Wyndham property), the whole place could use an upgrade. We won’t stay here again, but at least we can look back and laugh as this stay becomes part of family legend.

Did ask about credit card use, just charged card on file. No pool towels. Same breakfast everyday, change up main selections offer scrambled eggs and bacon. Our daughter got a room and one plug was melted, no one should have been in that room until plug repaired. Ice machine only worked on one floor. Staff didn't listen to complaints. Bed not comfy.

they didn’t give me my money back

No había agua caliente pero el desayuno espectacular la limpieza y las atenciones del personal son inmejorables

My room was in horrible shape. There were stains on the carpets, holes in the curtains, the ceiling was chipping, and one of the outlets was black. The main lobby is very nice but everything else is not well maintained. When I brought up my concerns to the front desk, I was told that I wasn’t charged an incidental fee but I was in fact charged. The pool never had towels to use.

The lobby looks decent enough at first glance, which is probably why they keep the doors to the actual hotel closed — for good reason. Step inside and the illusion immediately collapses. Our room wasn’t vacuumed. The elevator inspection tags were from 2022. The air conditioning didn’t work, leaving the room stuffy and uncomfortable. But the worst part was the disgusting state of the room itself. The bathtub was covered in foreign substances that were clearly not from us. There was a used towel hanging on the back of the door that definitely wasn’t ours. In a two-queen bed room, we walked in to find only one clean towel. Just one. When we complained and requested housekeeping for a proper deep clean before we left the next morning, we were told they don’t provide daily housekeeping. They offered to bring clean towels in the morning, but couldn’t even do that the same evening because — according to staff — the entire hotel had run out of clean towels and sheets. Let that sink in. This isn’t a “bad day” issue. This is systemic neglect and unacceptable standards for a brand like Wyndham. The room was embarrassing, the service was apathetic, and the value was nonexistent. We’ve stayed at many Wyndham properties over the years and this drags them all
