The Service , the Resort's Interior and the food Only a minor failure on our bath & toilet door lock but the rest inside the room is fine.

The location and the size of the room Lack of access to food and drinks! Nothing worked well. Even ordered dinner was super small portion like for a child.

The hotel staff were very accommodating and nice . The location of the hotel is great! The dinner course and breakfast were good as well. I like that they have an area to chill on the 2nd floor with your welcome drink. It was nice they have the pool if the waves are too strong. You can stay on the pool and enjoy the day. It was a little bit dirty on the beach. I hope the hotel staff can clean some trash on the stairs going to the beach.

Location is good. It is right in front of the beach although the beach is a little bit dirty. Hotel facilities are great - we especially liked the Premium Lounge with unlimited coffee and drinks, the massage chair, and electric bike. Hotel staff can speak English. Overall, they are friendly and accommodating. One staff even offered to take our family picture while we were lounging by the pool. The rooms could be cleaner. We were also not sure if the beddings were clean because they didn't smell fresh. The water in the room's bathroom was weak; it took us a long time to finish showering.

Staff are polite and nice. The interior has been renewed and is of high quality. The voices from the room can be easily heard in the corridor, so it is uncomfortable.

Beautiful beach in front of the hotel, great beach views. Very helpful man at the front desk. Easy access with spacious parking area if you come by car. Very comfortable bed and pillows The outside of the building looks dated.

On the beach The hotel should make it clear that it can be difficult to find an open restaurant. It was golden week and it was still difficult to get dinner. The one sushi restaurant was booked by noon that day and the hotel restaurant was also booked by noon. We ended up eating 7-11. I would not have minded so much if we could have prepared. Luckily one of the days we got late lunch in Katsuura.

Gentleman at reception who checked me in was very kind and nothing was too much trouble. From showing me how to adjust the temperature to advising me on dinner and getting a table. He spoke English and this was very helpful. The waiting staff were lovely and professional .Large room comfortable bed, lovely location on the beach. Will stay again! Very wobbly bath which creaked and wobbled when stepping in so felt it safer to avoid and shower.

Nice view.The hotel was clean. Rooms are big. Comfortable beds and chairs. Food is good Close to the beach. Parking is free until 10am the next day. No wifi

You need to book dinner in advance. Otherwise, you’ll have to eat elsewhere even if you’re a staying guest.

I liked the tropical vibes and how refreshing it was-inside and outside of the hotel resort. The view was PERFECT and I loved that about my room and the delicious food was a plus as well. I did not like the smell of the hallway on the 5th floor I stayed on. It was very unpleasant every time I left and returned to my room. The hotel looked nice so I expected the same for everything else. Also, I wasn’t a fan of the pillows that were on the bed. The beads were quite uncomfortable to sleep on. I had a bit of a hard time sleeping comfortably.

So loved the place especially the food..Hope to stay again soon with family and friends.
