The buffet was awesome and the fact that I did not havd tovwait outside the hall Why isn't the water playground free ?????? Come on we paid so much money and cant even be free for my son.

Beds are too firm. Way too firm. There was no Internet television available, so no ability to watch Netflix, Prime, etc.

Location Majority of the staffs do not speak proper English. I did 2 different request and in the end I just give up. Because they are not understanding.

Beach was too rocky to enjoy fully. Beach amenities (eg. foot wash) was not available until a long walk inside the hotel.

One day, only western restaurant open and too much waiting list circa 45 more waiting,,,,, Even there is a private beach but not allowed to swim----Non sence Why everybody need to move to far away beach area----Non sence

The breakfast was incredible and the service unbelievable. Despite large crowds or foreigners, you handled everything with class. Its a small thing, but I feel like rentals of masks for swimming could be made so much easier. In the winter off season your demand for these are low. Offer me the ability to rent for my stay so i don’t have to walk to the rental place every day and return it by 5pm. Thats a pain and its silly. Thats just an idea.

Location was excellent. Very beautiful. English level of staff was not up to par for an American hotel. Expect to wait 15 minutes to be helped at the front desk. Half of the advertised amenities were not on offer. There were droves of students and they were loud it was annoying.

Its staff took such good care of us especially loic he was just wonderful The giant out door water inflatable was on the advertisement and was the main reason we booked, but it wasn’t up when we got there due to the month but that wasn’t advertised and it was warm enough out side to play in the water

Loved the location, the beach was clean and beautiful, the pool was nice. Breakfast buffet and staff were great! Our room felt dirty. The floor was stained our specific room needs new carpet. Beds were rock hard.
