The signature French toast was amazing Since the start when we arrived at the property check in was not welcoming It was our honeymoon and asked the resort to prepare for us to this special occasion what we got is voucher for cake that’s not welcome for newly married couple The second part is we have arrived 9:30 and with the process of checking in we asked the staff for the restaurant and told us it is closed even though in Google Maps it say otherwise then we have asked for room service food however we were 3 minutes late at 9:33 to order food and said closed for order not considering the guest tiredness through a long flight and not eating the whole journey The third part the view was not as expected from the photos shown The room was did not have round bath like in the photos as well The beach is 5 meters not like the photos as well I don’t recommend the hotel for newly wed people because it has so many kids and too crowded

The service was impeccable !! Beyond a doubt. It’s a Hyatt so it’s expected to have high quality and I was still shocked at how nice everyone was. Tbe breakfest was amazing too.

Amazing staff, very kind and generous and alert. Tsunami-safe building. Lots of services, restaurants, pools, beach. The town around is quaint, but a little walk is necessary! if it's very warm and sunny, wear/bring protection :) We weren't expecting this level of stay, so the services were quite expensive compared to our usual budget.

Every single staff person that we encountered went out their way to ensure our compete satisfaction.

Nice pools, gym, large rooms Restaurant too pricey and food servings too small. Too pricey to get to by taxi. Better to go when buses around. Bus times too limited

Big room with big and comfortable bed Great hotel Beautiful sunshine Private beach not so good

Good restaurants, with good food good spa service The staff were very unhelpful and not accommodating at all. They’ll forget to book our restaurant reservations or would did not mention that the main restaurant also had to be reserved for lunch/dinner. I forgot my suitcase in the hotel lobby the day I was travelling, I called the hotel to inform them and ask them to make sure it was still there. They told me the suitcase was nowhere to be found, I missed my flight, took a taxi all the way back to the hotel only to find the suitcase right in the lobby where I told them i left it. The rooms smelled damp.

The place is great and clean We have paid 800$ a night. Definitely not worth the value. Thats what Maldives charges a night for half-pention…food portion were for kids. We had to tip for everything we purchase a 15% when in Japan noones leaves tip…everything seemed like a scam to take customers money

So clean and many options to choose what to do! It was a little confusing to get to the spa, but the staff were incredible and showed us the way by taking us there !

Comfy rooms nice amenities The hotel is very family-oriented, but several issues impacted my stay. The pools didn’t open until 9 AM, which felt late for vacation, especially for early risers like me who wanted to swim before the crowds. The lack of adult-only pool hours was also frustrating, as constant children’s noise, especially in the indoor pool where screams echoed, made relaxation impossible. The bar’s location near running kids lacked an adult-friendly atmosphere. The prepaid breakfast buffet was poorly managed, with wait times up to 40 minutes despite empty tables. Another guest shared similar complaints. Activities like paddleboarding required a guide, limiting independent exploration, and the roped-off beach area restricted snorkeling, forcing us to visit public beaches. Paid excursions, like fishing trips, were too short for the cost. Lastly, the laundry facilities left clothes smelling of mildew, and the room itself had an unpleasant odor, needing a thorough cleaning. Opening pools earlier, offering adult-only swim times, improving buffet efficiency, providing more flexible activities, and fixing laundry issues would greatly improve the experience.

The breakfast was amazing!!! The beach house views was gorgeous. We loved our stay. Thank you for making it a fabulous holiday. The breakfast for a family of (4) was $200 a day Canadian so $800 for a (4) day stay. The hotel is amazing but because it is a US chain there pricing although in yen is what it would be in U.S. dollars. Activities are $100 a person, off site using local companies on Viator are much more reasonable. Pricing is not comparable to surrounding Japanese companies. We were in Japan for 18 days and this was by far the most expensive hotel for meals that we stayed that. We were averaging $500 a day for a family of (4). It is a little bit out of the way so if you don’t have a car driving for meals off site is not overly convenient. Aside from that we loved everything about the hotel and would definitely recommend it and would eat the breakfast every day just make sure to budget for it.

Everything was beautiful and luxurious The long line at breakfast

  • Engine customer Jul 2025

Definitely the best accommodation in Okinawa, including the foods and drinks! It’s our family all time favorite place!

  • Engine customer Jul 2025

Very nice and close to beaches Just wished there were more food options off the property.

The pool hours were horrible. Closing at 7pm meant we didn’t even get to use the pool for 2 of our 4 day stay. That was one of the main reasons we picked to hotel. Plus, when we arrived the staff said if we self parked we had to carry our luggage the long walk, ridiculous. Also, we paid for the $400 dinner only to find out they didn’t have 2 of the price fix items. Then the breakfast wait was also crazy, we had to rush to make it to the airport vs having a nice breakfast. I’d never stay here again. Very disappointing for a Hyatt resort!

Waiting time for breakfast very long. Organisation not adapted to the number of guests. The concierge was not at all interested in helping.
